Our inner-been is where thee Holy Spirit is within each of those who belong to our God and remain in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. The vortex is what she is referring to as the one who never leaves us as it is always teaching us how to be as one with Him. The spirit within us is flat just like a muscle that has never been used, but the more we develop it, the more it will respond to us to what we ask. But I think that those who follow Abraham aren't really following the teachings of Jesus Yet she has taught me how l must stay true to my inner-been more than anyone or anything else. My inner-been is where the spirit of our Lord God Almighty is, and that is l believe I am guided by Jesus 24/7 and it is good all the time Amen

Oh my! N here I adjuat playback speed to go faster so it's easier to get. It's reallly just the OLD Commion understanding from about any woman's magazine or just what she notices about guys in general. They seem to stll have expectations of women who "owe" them to live up to some unspoken notion in his head that are more like a job descriotion you "should know" about but dont because it's also a "secret" that he'll "change" you to agree with later when you seem hooked enough and "think you can't" unhook from. A LOT of ASSumed "forced to agree later" type thinking about what he Wants but doesnt say so and then feels "cheated of by you" not living up to his "understiod" but secret expectations and "right " to mind reading from you. His "right" to NOT Speak and NOT Listen to you vs the boys causes his unexpected disappointment in You being unable to provide that like he "deserves." A bit more extreme I believe than the man speaking here but the same idea in having to be informed that it's Him ridiculously expecting something "owed" him that was mere fantasy notion of such superhuman "requirements" of the other person and thus blaming the diaappointment caused by something "lacking" in the human partner, so replace that one with the "right" one who "can" be ALL the things you need and want ALL the time who alao Wants to so Nothing BUT you 24/7/365 AND more ovwr time. This craziness is SO common these days that it's head shaker to people of earlier generations. Those who dont ever consider that "maybe" it's "partly" some warpes thing in him just go off to claim "belonging" to MGTOW to sulk about all the women that told them to take a hike with the other nutcases wanting a fantasy vs a real himan woman. I say this bwcause this problem is Still growing worse. To the beat of my underatanding and experience, this is due to increasing numbers with "personality disorders" with high degree of narcissistic traits marked by "unreasonable ezpectations of others" and "great instabilitu in relationships." ... but cant imagine why?? LoL. THIS guy does NOT sound like anywhere nearly so unreasonable....... not Yet anyway. But then HOW in the world does this Self Evident truth even need to be said?! Hey, he's "juat" a man, but he's trying! LoL

Make a list of things that make you happy. Such as, walking outside and listening to nature, dancing to fun music, petting my cat/dog/etc. Do the things on your list everyday. Do meditation (I prefer to do it in the morning and evening) and listen to affirmations. Write some affirmations and say them into the mirror to yourself-look yourself in the eyes!

I found it that they are perfect for us. For us who are to empathetic about others and not enough about ourselves. They help us build ego structure and stronger boundaries. And when YOU change, you will see they are not bad, they are just like that because we let them. When you change you will change the way you respond. Also educate yourself on this topic. And maybe you need to take some time for yourself to reset and to adjust. You got this. This is how I approached it. 🙌🏻
