Well, that is how IRL combat works as well. When penalty for being hit is higher than gains from hitting opponent, combat tends to devolve into that. And vice verse, when gains from hitting opponent are much greater than the stakes for being hit, you will go berserk all in. Just economy of choice, really.

Invisiblity from Optical Camo is bugged if you've spent points on the Ghost Perk in the Cool Tree (increases Detection Time by 20-40%). It should still work with the Legendary Variant and there's a mod to make the lower rarity ones work as well.

Imagine plot twist: Adam Smasher is the most skilled net runner out there. But like with him not using Sandevistan against non-Sandevistan threats, he does not use his superior net running skills against non-net runners. That is further supported by his behavior vs Lucy in anime (he took down her attack in an instance) AND in game (he can become immune to cyberhacks). My head cannon is that he can have ALL 3 “OS” system equipped at once due to going full borg: He has Sandevistan (self-explanatory) AND Battle (hence high durability, impact and tenacity) AND Deck (hence, impervious to hacks).

sandevistan would be OP in this challenge. (it also helps with stealth because some of the more powerful ones can outrun even the appearance of the detection meter. slap some heatsinks on the one you can get from fingers and you can almost stay faster than bullets the whole fight.)

This is about 5 months late but you should've gotten contagion. My last run I build full netrunner and literally emptied entire buildings without stepping foot in them, since it jumps from enemy to enemy. Think you would've had no trouble with the smasher fight's adds if you had that equipped. Still cool to see you tackle this challenge tho!

I think the best thing that would make it easier is if you used a sandevistan, I saw a vid where a person got a combo that had a sandevistan with only a 2 second cooldown, this means you could slow time constantly during the smasher fight which would make it easier to deal with the enemies

8:25 im pretty sure Johnny’s weapon isn’t a tech weapon. It is a power weapon so it has ricochet and it has the ability to charge up and shoot through walls when you are in the scope. Even these charged up bullets should ricochet after they passed through a few walls. I hit a guy two times in the head with one bullet cause it went through his head and then bounced up from the wall behind him and than hit him again. Фишка не в том что Смашер слаб, а в том что Ви на уровень выше. Смашер это как свеча - горит долго и хорошо (полный контроль над психозом без проблем) Ви это как фейерверк - горит яснее неба, но искры быстро уходит в небытиё (чип помогает эй быть сильнеё всех, но тот-же чип убивает её) Если подумать, этот чип схож на способность Аватара Аанга в плане усиления путем призыва предков (Джонни). I'm playing the game with BLACKWALL mod right now. What is does is it makes the game more of a hardcore fps experience while still keeping the RPG element, so enemies die in 1-3 hits but so do you (unless you heavily invest into body). I feel like Smasher's gonna be a problem based on this video as Bosses are still meant to be hard to take down.

Hello and welcome what is hopefully my final attempt at completing Cyberpunk 2077 without taking any damage. I have a max HP of 1 so any damage from any source will immediately kill me. I also want this to be a no-hit run, so sandevistan's special ability is disabled. Because while it prevents you from taking damage, it does not prevent you from being hit by things. I have successfully completed every single mission without taking any damage. I should have yet to do it all in one go. My current personal best for an entire run is one bit of damage and therefore one death. Obviously very close to a perfect run, so I'm hoping this time I'll get an actual perfect run and avoid all damage entirely.

I played one of the newer quests that adds a non-scripted chase sequence and it's bizarre. I typically run tech weapons and I literally would just one-shot the drivers and watch the cars come to a stop with the passengers sit there stupidly.

The very first car sequence IS possible without taking any damage, it just hurts. a lot. you get like half a second to headshot both of them with a strong enough pistol eariler (bonus headshot damage revolver is prefered). The Johnny one is as well, however you need a mod to lock your hp to 100 (or lower). You CAN'T kill the driver, however you can drop the main shooters. There's even secret car destruction animations for dropping them before they can get on your tail (no pun intended). I did this with clothes not providing armor, so I'm unsure if that affects it, nor am I aware if this affects the hp of the shooters (my 1.0 run I did kill them incredibly quick but idk) YOU CAN ALSO DO (Don't Fear), IT JUST HURTTSSSS

@@abrahamsandwich Well If you bought Cyberpsychosis you could have turned two of them psycho with a tetratonic rippler eliminating in a good case 3 npcs at the Smasher boss fight ,but that would have just delayed the problem. At the Animals' boss fight using short circuit would have halfed her health, after that She will most likely disable your quick hacks after tackeling you, but with leg implants She is quite ez anyway. The Oda boss fight would have been similar.
