I can do it, I have severe deficiency of vitamin d and doctor gave me it's capsules but I have trouble swallowing it, and I listen somewhere that it should be swallowed directly, otherwise it will be more harmful.

My tip is use cold water to reduce to your mouth sensitivity. Another tip is to tilt your head or drink more water so that the pill floats around in the middle so it doesn’t fall touches your mouth

I usually swallow big pills with yoghurt. Take a nice big mouthful of yoghurt, then put the pill in your mouth along with it and just gulp it all down in one go. I hope it helps!
