to any aspiring monkey man mains uf you get duration extender your stun becomes long enough that they can't parry you after shoulder charge

Unless they get Debuff Reducer. Then you need Superior Duration on your charge

You can charge a melee while your charging, it nets you a safe punch. You can do this despite having basic level of charge. Additionally, siphon can be used to punch cancel. Unstoppable and Colossus items allow you to do this as well.

with the stuns, ping matters a lot, so sometimes even if it seems like it shouldve been impossible to parry the higher ping on your side makes it possible sadly, gets worse the higher the ping

Yeah I noticed even with duration extender (the item to make heavy punches guaranteed) sometimes I still get parried guess this is why

Fun fact about Abrams you can hold your shoot button while shoulder charging and you can instantly shoot on stun and melee shoot again for a large burst

On the subject of parry baits. if you activate your 1 while in a punch, it will cancel your punch. You can use this to far more convincingly bait out the parry, and be in your perfect combat range.

I am an Abrams main, and I gotta tell you my secret. I don't melee. It is absolutely hilarious to watch people parry whenever you get close to just get shotgunned in the face instead. I run an unconvention build with mostly spirit damage, using the 1 and the 3 to sustain, and shadow weave. Yep. Invisible Abrams charging you from out of nowhere has got to be a jump scare lol.

One thing I started to do in the laning phase is doing a parry when the enemy goes for a minion kill. They never expect it and tend to play more defensive after a few. Good way to get a kill too

Abram’s is absolutely, by far, the most ridiculously unbalanced hero. You are unreal levels of tanky, that can 100-to-0 squishy hero’s at any point of the game. EVEN IF YOU PARRY HIM. What are you gonna do? Shoot him? He doesn’t take damage. He has the best engage in the game too. It ain’t even close. I’m 300 hours in.

Not really, he's good against squishes and he's really good early game but he falls off compared to a lot of late game carries, he's stronger than most don't get me wrong but shiv feels way more overtuned if theyre playing it properly, and again learn to parry you can do it right after his charge and if he doesent have duration extender you should get the parry. Also just dont get in his face, particularly in lane characters with strong long range poke and cc do very well against him

@@b1uecottoncandy Safe heavy melee on a basic level of charge is possible, granted you start the melee before you hit a wall. Spirit carries are my bane from my experience. I buy withering whip on him and it gets value 'til lategame (-45% firerate) so bullet carries are not a problem.

Wow Its like when i play abrams the enemy team just gets Observation Haki or something coz they just predict my mele not even charge just normal melee, no matter how much I bait. The worst part is it I somehow successfully parry and then miss a charged melee. Oof Madone thate terrible

Mr. Fruit I love ya, I truly do, but you gotta stop doing titles like this. I hate to offer criticism without the constructiveness, so here's a few possible alternate titles that I (personally) would click on: Braindead Abrams Deadlock's Abrams is Pure Braindead Fun Hilariously Braindead Deadlock Braindeadlock: An Abrams Story 21 Minutes of Braindead Abrams Gameplay Maybe I'll think of more by the time I'm done the video. I really wanna see the channel succeed, you've been my favourite KZbinr for 10 years now. Love you Fruit keep it up!!
