I keep hearing this: this isn't real. This is a dream. God is dreaming. When you say "dream", do you mean that there is a "real" experience somewhere somehow, and that in reference to that experience, this one, here, is a dream? OR Do you simply mean that this "dream" is not as real as we have come to perceive it to be? That there is nothing more real or not real. I just want to know if there is a "real" world. I understand that what i perceive as "myself" would likely not be in the "real world" but regardless, is there one?

ALL appearances in the light of Atma are incipient, and mirage-like. The knowable is Unreal , yet appearing,.. for, and in & On, the Eternal Unknowable REAL. Maya means that which is not, and yet seems to be measure-able . Universe as a whole is Maya.

@@ABridgeToAwareness I'm having difficulty understanding your reply, although I do appreciate you trying to explain. Is there something outside of God? Is that even possible? Could what we perceive as the entire universe and God(being the same thing of course), actually be contained within something? Could all of our experiences, consciousness and god, actually be contained INSIDE of a "computer"? For example, an individual (god), in the hypothetical "real world" is connected to a "computer" (like in the matrix), but instead of this person being simulated as an individual, it is actually simulated as everything ever... That way it can truly discover itself on every level, in and out, for what seems like literally and eternity, until suddenly, boom... God wakes up in a chair, surrounded by loved ones, realising it was playing with itself for a simulated eternity, pretending to be different characters, when it was really always just one being. It's very difficult to elaborate , but I'm asking this because I had an experience that I was God and I was everything, but in that experience I was so painfully alone. I wonder if it's "as above, so below" and that God feels alone too, but in the "real world", god is one of infinite beings.

@@getrekt4381 Eternity is a concept within time. Time is the unitary expression of the. manifest functioning, or Brahman, or Universe, or Waking state. There are no entities that experience any states, made of alphabet sound concepts, identified erroneously by Maya Self Love. This plays out in a No Time Now which is absolute and rock solid and unassailable Unknowable Absolute. The Absolute or Guru, does not see the Maya as being legitimate... only the Jiva or sentient mirage forms identified as the form... You are formless God right now in the thrall, or belief, that there is a body with a name and story that belongs to a me. There is no entity me in reality.

That which is known is not real. That which is real cannot be known.
