If you will go to Uzbekistan, you can go to Chayhana's, where uzbek people meet weekly or monthly, people offer you free food. Go to Fergana Valley, it is east of Uzbekistan, turist going to west part of Uzbekistan, but in east you will find different test of food. You can go to wedding parties too, even nobody invites you. Usually in the morning they give free plov. You can find people who will open their doors and invite you home.
