Two little corrections: arrosticini are made of sheep meet, not lamb. The lamb is very good too, though, like the lamb ribs shown in the video. Then, it's actually speghetti alla chitarra. Dany actually visited a lot with her family when she was a child :) and now that she’s older we have been going to Abruzzo every year for 3-4 months for the past years. And there’s still a lot we have to explore!

In Abruzzo se siete sulla costa dovete mangiare pesce possibilmente su un trabocco Scegliere brodetto alla Vastese doc, pasta allo scoglio,pasta al sugo di pannocchie, cavatelli alla pescatrice, frittura di pesce In montagna mangiate le pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale, le pallotte cacio e ove, e provate assolutamente la VENTRICINA casareccia abruzzese è divina

tanti anni fa c'era un ristorante a Pescara Porta Nuova : DA GUERINO: Il suo brodetto di pesce indimenticabile, sicuramente adesso perso, ma in compenso adesso c'e Mc Donald, e grafiti d'apertutto, che porcheria!
