Excellent video! I loved the breathing instructions which tighten your core muscles and let you respond strongly, and also your stepping/getting underneath the blade. Great pants too! Jeff Free Scholar/Instructor, NJHFA

thank you, we're happy that you liked it, seems you understood the breathing we intended exactly!

We are glad to help :) Thank you very much and keep on practicising! And just tell us if we can help you with anything :)

Honestly everything you do that is a drill or something of that nature is wonderful. I live out where not alot of people are interested in HEMA except children. So giving them access to videos like yours that are informative and focused has helped adults and children understand and enjoy what I bring to the community. Thank you again for all your hard work. Happy holidays to all of you at HEMATICS!

I’m new to this art. I find it fascinating how you do need to consider generating power in defensive technique to break the opponent’s frame. It’s not all pure placement.
@HEMATICS2 жыл бұрын
placement is important as well, but you're right, you need the right structure behind your movements and postures to make them work well!

@@HEMATICS Are you aware what is the value of the force required to flex it? Do you consider this sword safe for sparring or maybe even tournament enviornment? How about the tip?
@HEMATICS3 жыл бұрын
@@xPyrielx Pavel Moc Howe De Luxe: I have not measured it, but it bends quite easily. It is under 15kg pressure for sure, so it would be allowed in Austrian Tournaments. If I would have to guess I would say it is around 8 to 10 kg. The tip is quite wide. In all I consider it safe for sparring, probably safer then some hard and heavy feders on the market. web.swords.cz/swords_en.html
