The pain of markers expressed enough😂. The issue is getting the scan to cad and successful RE. It involves a lot more skill and time (way too much for someone beginning in 3d scanning/CAD)and you made a good choice though. More realistic than the most sponsored videos.❤👍

very, very cool.....I think your estimate of cost for the raptor is 2x or 3x what it showed on their site, but maybe not....$1200-1500 today. THANK YOU for making me feel old and out of touch. I really want to get into this one of these days, now I feel like I could probably succeed....a little.

Last I checked, all of the Creality 3D scanners need a Windows or Mac computer and don't support Linux so that's a big no for me. I also didn't like the Amazon reviews. Too many people were saying the scanner worked at first but stopped working after a software update (bad) and Creality refuses to help fix the two month old scanner (much worse). The scan quality is improving as is the ease of use, but until the price decreases and the reliability increases, hardware and software), most people are not going to be 3D scanning.
