Labocosmetica Idrosave Rinseless Wash. The most anticipated rinseless wash is now out. Here is my review in my opinion the best polymer rinseless wash. The way it encapsulates and emulsifies the dirt while being the slickest rinseless on the market. This beats ONR Rinseless and Absolute by a long shot. I used it on my personal vehicle with dirt, grime, debris, ash, soot and tar. Yes ash, soot and tar stains your wash media. Labocosmetica stated in order to make it as slick as it is they took the silica part of say Si02 so you just have pure silica no protection is added or left behind. They use the silica for the immense slickness. Just wow!!!!!

Props to the garden sprayer. I am a hobbyist detailer and garden sprayers are my best friend. I do have Marolex and IK, but I keep my apc rinse and rinseless wash in garden sprayers.

Definitely hands down the best polymer. Oberk, ONR, feynlab v1 and Absolute needs upgrades for sure after this one. Yes this cleans better than surfactant based rinseless out their like feynlab v2 and mckees n914. The thing is DIY eco wash and Drive auto appearance are considered hybrids so comparing the two is not complete. This cleans the media like a champ as well I have another rinseless video coming out on a regular car without ash and stuff. DIY is considered a hybrid but that cleans the media as a champ but no where near as slick as Labo. 💪💪

This rinseless wash is excellent, however I have one issue and would like to know if anyone else has had this. I noticed on my measuring glass that there was some type of very sticky clear substance. The only way it was removed was to soak the glass in a bowl with hot water and Cascade powered dishwashing detergent. Then we prepared a four gallon solution to keep on hand using distilled water and 2 oz. of the Idrosave. This morning opened the sealed container to do some touch up because of the heavy rains, and I noticed there were a few chunks of this sticky solution floating on the surface. Removed with a paper towel and went about the touch up with no issues. It appears that there could be an issue with the formula. Also, I used the flip towel method and no contaminated towels ever went back in the solution. Thanks in advance. Waiting for warm weather up here in Connecticut.

Yes some slight chunks are the polymers that get themselves back together if left for a couple of days in the bucket as a prepped solution z as for the sticky substance on the glass of your measuring cup I haven't experienced that yet but others have. It's a great rinseless wash because of the protection. But that's what comes with the territory. Labo will be releasing another rinseless that just cleans and doesn't add any protection that maybe causing these funky stuff.

As soon as it is is available in Europe i want to try it out. i just bought a gallon from DIY rinseless wash because it is so good! My car is coated with G-techniq CSL and EXO V5 and i prefer the shine of DIY above Absolute. Another good rinseless wash is that of Angelwax H2NO! It doesn't have a good smell and it leaves stains but as soon as you rub it out with a second microfiber cloth it has a shine as if your car has been polished and coated! I can recommend you another video of NGL Detail & coating. He did a water test on the Cerakote coating which was successful. Clearly has to do with the climate. I appreciate your honest testing!

From what I saw in the live prodcast from EC details Reggy said it leaves a polymer protection that last in perfect conditions 6 weeks. So that pretty much means 2 weeks tops on a car. To me though this one is easier to dry and slicker than the DIY one. But DIY cleans a tad bit better since it’s a surfactant and polymer base 💪

I haven’t liked it so far. First wash I sprayed the whole car and had spotting everywhere. Second wash I did panel by panel. It was slick for sure, but I just don’t like washing panel by panel or section by section. It’s an added stress to be chasing every bit of overspray and dripping so it doesn’t leave spots. It also took me 2-3 times longer than it would to just do a a diy or absolute wash on the whole car. I wish they didn’t put the protection in there, makes it much much harder to work with, especially in high heat high humidity like I am. I’m sure it will work well for some, but I haven’t liked using it thus far

Yes it’s definitely a different category but don’t have to be exactly panel by panel. On hotter weather I do 2 panels instead of all. It’s just one of those things based on the environment. I’ve been doing rinseless so much I change my technique based on the environment and stuff. Just like winter I have to go panel by panel if not it’s too cold I’m pushing slush. I haven’t had spotting issues yet and I let it dry on the glass for 30 minutes and pre sprayed the entire car. Video will be out this week it’s uncut. 15 minutes long just some parts were fast forward to not sit there for a full 30 minutes. Would I use this rinseless to clean my pads or before a coating personally no I wouldn’t. I’ll just use DIY rinseless. Each has a place

But it is very expensive $170 for the gallon and $35 for a 16oz which a 16oz can last you months or even a year to be honest as a diyer especially if it’s super durable as it claims. 16oz is the way to go in my opinion. As for the pure magic wheel cleaner best bang for your buck. The gallon of course it’s concentrated and dilutable for $100 so you can make over 20 16oz wheel cleaners which is a 1:4 dilution or even a dedicated water spot remover which I think is 1:1. Because the 16oz of pure magic cleaner is diluted 1:4 already and it’s $25

These are two different types of rinseless washes. DIY is a hybrid surfactant and polymer based and it's a pure cleaner. As for Idrosave its polymer only also from what was said in the podcast it has slight protection nothing significant it's mainly there for the slickness. Think of it like DIY waterless wash. Has ceramic but mainly for gloss and slickness. Nothing as a term of protection wears off after a week or 2 tops. So in turn use DIY as a pure cleaner rinseless or use it to remove polish oils when polishing or use it to clean your pads in a pad washer. Idrosave is a polymer based super slick rinseless with a bit of protection. Cleans well. But I wouldn't use it to remove polish residue or clean out pads if you're about to coat a vehicle. This rinseless wash is truly one of a kind. It's phenomenal. Well I've been using rinseless washes for years already. I found out labocosmetica through Eddie Colon about 6 months ago or so. I used one or 2 of their products. Then I purchased the entire line in October and November did a review on the Labo line. From there I heard they were coming out with a rinseless. I was able to have a bottle for a couple of weeks before launch and try it out a couple of times then I decide to use it on this level of first ash and tar. Yes my vehicle has a ceramic coating one half is Labo STC and HPC the other half is Armour Detail Supply Pro. The bottle expiration date says 12/28 aka December 2028 You could have done it that way as well wouldn't have made much of a difference as the encapsulation and heavy grit and sand was removed from the paint with the pre spray. The rest had to be used in a contact wash's if we really wanted to we could have used a high ph soap like BH Touchless let dwell and then spray off. But the purpose of this video was to have it go through something really dirty and rough 💪

No rinseless will bring down the caked on dirt. But the loose dirt grime and debris does a phenomenal job. Only issue I have with absolute it doesn't clean as well vs Labo. It's hard to mix in water as well. Doesn't clean the dirt off the sponge as I like it too or the towel. So for me overall this is better than absolute.

I see my local guy Autoality just added the Labo line. Doesnt have the rinseless yet so maybe when he gets it I will try it. I feel like this is another flavor of the month. Everyone raved about eco wash for a month or two and I tried it and it worked well but it was nothing revolutionary so I just stick with my DIY stuff for a much lower entry price. Great to hear definitely give this a go for sure!!! As for eco wash it’s a great rinseless but overall for most it’s out of budget. Also Eco wash has been out since I think 2019/2020 so nothing revolutionary for it. IMO it’s better than DIY in dilutions and slightly slicker than DIY. but as for cost I rather use DIY for that purpose. This is really the best polymer rinseless. Problem is there are many products to use and review we always come back around to them. 👍

Yes the staining sucks I started to experience its after my 5th wash. Definitely still the slickest and also still cleans fairly well. I'll put this as the best polymer rinseless with protection category .

@@DetailingMadeSimple I’m not sure I can even give it that considering other rinseless products with protection don’t stain, only way to get it not to stain is to add another polymer based rinseless to it after diluting it 1:50 in a spray bottle. Maybe even 1:75, 80 then add Hydra from Pheonix eod which is a good rinseless by itself. Add like a 1/4 ounce to it in a 16oz bottle and it cleans up super nice it’s super slick and so far it hasn’t stained. But that using it as a waterless product.

@@AmirAbdullah yeah the other ones like onr rinseless doesn’t leave durable protection behind. Neither does Uber rinseless. Only ones that leaves something durable but still stains are the Mckees n914 si02 and graphene rinseless which is a pain to do as well. The slickest I truly enjoyed was the Labo one for sure. Hydra is decent not the best I never said Labo is the best rinseless wash. Hydra surprisingly speaking with Aaron said it’s more of a surfactant base without the sudsing action. I did tell Aaron if it’s on the surfactant side needs to clean the mitt and sponge better. As for polymer rinselesses onr, absolute, ADG and Labo always struggle at cleaning the media even the new KC RRW. It’s something about polymers that struggle with real easing the dirt and grime from the mitt. The stronger the polymer the easier it’ll stain.

@@DetailingMadeSimple this thing is tho staining completely ruins a product and makes it dam near unusable, that’s why I think Products like Hydra or the DIY Rinseless are still at the top of my list, V3 Feynlab gets here in a few days, I’ll try that against the new 914 because the idea of protection in a rinseless is more like a high dilution waterless from back in the day. I wanna try labo’s waterless from Maniac line as well. I’m not sure who decided from labo, or Mckee’s that adding protection to rinseless was a good idea because it’s not and so far it’s always had issues. No point in adding a sealant if it causes more work from a product designed to create convenience. So far in my book standard rinseless is the way to go.

@@DetailingMadeSimple I’m not sure who told anyone it’s supposed to be easy for dirt to release. That’s what the guard is for and for the most part when I use Hydra I didn’t have an issue depending on the car or dirt I’m working on getting it to release dirt. On certain tall fiber rags all rinseless seem to struggle release dirt all of them. But not all of them struggle realign dirt from the sponge. Hydra being one of them in my experience that didn’t struggle as bad as others. Especially if the dirt is light and not to heavy than all of them will do ok. But the heavier dirt the taller fiber towel the more difficult it is for all of them in anyone scenario. I definitely think all of them should be tried with a grout sponge on a car panel that’s got some good sitting rain dirt, driving dirt splash dirt. I just don’t think some of these tests are what we should be judging out rinseless on unless it’s fairly dirty imo. I guess we can all have our opinion on it. But so far any rinseless that’s stains is useless and that’s why ppl are getting rid of idrosave by the gallon. I know a guy with 9 liters he’s dying to get rid of, I just bought 3 and a half liters of it for $20. Somehow realign got typed in instead of release. My bad.
