Labocosmetica Idrosave Rinseless Wash. The most anticipated rinseless wash is now out. Unfortunately some people have been experiencing water spotting issues or polymer spots due to the protection on the Idrosave rinseless wash. Here i deliberately left the rinseless on glass for 35 min and let the polymer spot dry completely to see if the spot itself will be any difficult to remove. Which in turn it was not. All I did was spry more rinseless on the window and wiped dry with zero effort. yes it was 50 degrees outside but any type of protection after a set time becomes a little more difficult to remove but not in this case.
My method of rinseless washing changes depending on weather. if its 75 degrees or below on any color car but black i have zero issues spraying down the entire care with rinseless and doing my wash. My preferred and recommended method that works for me is i spray half the vehicle come and rinseless wash one side. Then spray the other half and continue. I never spray the entire car thats just me. But, in this instance I did it to prove a point
Let me know what you guys think. But the way Labocosmetica Rinseless cleans, adds gloss and slickness is absolutely insane.

If you want to push the limits of a product and use it in the direct sun & heat your process, technique, and speed needs to be dialed it ahead of time. I use (ONR)rinseless wash the majority of the time - professionally, outside in direct sun in Ga. I work fast, panel by panel & use DI water with no spotting issues. I have found that you can’t let the product dry or you will probably have some spots. Using Idrosave, I recently washed a black Yukon Xl in direct sun mixed 200:1 per the bottle. I worked quickly, a panel or two at a time not allowing the product to dry on the surface as per the bottle. I had no issues with water spotting & the truck looked very nice once completed. Keep in mind most chemicals spot if allowed to dry or bake on the surface though some worse then others. If you are using idrosave or any rinsless and you are having issues, It’s possible that it’s not the product, but it may be your environment, or your technique, your speed, your water, or a combination of factors. Overall Idrosave smells good, cleans, adds gloss, doesn’t seem to streak, and is smooth, only downside so far is a dirty flim it leaves in the bottom & sides of the bucket. That seems more stubborn to remove then ONR.

Stay tuned 💪. No need to be perfect with the product. It was 65 degrees here 3 days ago. My cousin used this rinseless let it dry and sprayed more and wiped off. But I taught him my technique on not having to spray the entire car in one shot. Max we do is half the car unless I’m working with someone else like my wife and we spray the entire car I do one half she does the other. For this context I sprayed the entire car down it was about 50-55 degrees and just did a whole wash uncut. Let the glass dry on purpose as it’s hard to see the paint on my white car. Wiped off fine. 💪💪, plus I made it slightly stronger to see if that’s an issue as well

Idrosave is kinda beast for its protection... but it's not what I'm personally looking for in a rinseless because I don't want to clog up my drying towels and don't want to stain my wash media, but man, it does leave a beautiful feeling paint after just the wash process with no true need to add additional protection if I don't want to. Great product, not my favorite, only by preference though. Love how it easy it dries and the look/feel it leaves on the paint.

@DetailingMadeSimple my issues with it so far is that it doesn't really break down road film all that well after I've been driving in the rain. The sponge feel draggy toward the bottom of my doors and when you do the pre spray, the solution sheets off as if it was water on a coated car. I don't recall this experience with other products I had been testing, but I was dealing with more road salt with those products. (P&S is amazing at breaking down road salt crust)

Most polymers always stain the sponge that I can agree. In terms of slickness and cleaning and of course gloss it’s up there. IMO it’s better than ONR si02 the yellow as that’s the best comparison. Now difference between ONR they are the grandfathers of Rinseless in terms to when it finally started getting super popular everywhere/mainstream. My issue with ONR is they have downgraded their formula I started on v3 and it’s gotten worse in terms of slickness and cleaning ability of the media. There is soo much more high standards for ONR vs this one. Do they “Labo” need improvements yes everything does but so far that staining is the least of my concerns. I appreciate the video @Detailing Made Simple, but I feel like the title is a little misleading. Do I like Idrosave? Yes. But this product is extremely punishing if not used in the best case scenarios. I've tried washing my car in the sun with many other products, including DIY's rinseless and I've never had this problem on this scale before. I followed the website's instructions to pretreat a dirty car 1:30 dilution ratio and my spots are semi-permanent now lol. I used their 3ph lineup to decon the whole car and I also used waterspot remover, but none of that worked. My last resort will be a clay towel followed by a clay bar. The good and bad news is that the spots do come off with physical agitation.

To add onto this.. Although I do agree with other youtubers' opinions on this rinseless being "next level", there really got to be clear and LOUD warnings from everyone about how punishing this product can be. @@user-lj5wv2tt9dI agree. I wish they just made a pure rinseless. If I want to add protection, I spray something on as I’m drying the rinseless, and it’s going to be a lot better than you get from the idrosave. And it’s not even an extra step since it’s my preference to always use a drying aid with rinseless anyway. I don’t like washing panel by panel for the same reason. I don’t like having to baby it and chase every bit of overspray and drip. I way easier to just prespray the whole car, wash the whole car, dry the whole car. @@TheGaloBroI did some spot tests on my windshield. I tried cleaning the windshield with both DIY Rinseless + idrosave 200:1 since I read that people said it would remove the spots this way. This didn't help at all. I soaked my microfiber with DIY All Clean and let it sit on the windshield to give the APC time to dwell. To my surprise, that wasn't enough to easily wipe away the spots. I tried also tried DIY Clay towel, but using it "properly" did not give me the physical agitation required to remove the spots. The only way to get rid of it is with moderate/hard pressure of physical agitation with a rinseless soaked microfiber. However, I am not comfortable with using the same amount of force on my paint so I'm kind of stuck at an impasse as well. The good news is that those spots are just polymer spots that can smear and with sometime, buff right off, with just pressure from your finger, but that comes back to the issue with not comfortably wanting to do that over my whole car due to the amount of marring I'll cause. As much as I love how slick and easy it was to dry my windshield with iDrosave, there's a huge flaw behind it and that's the potential polymer spots left behind from overspray which would add time to your clean. A good example of this is when I was washing my rear windshield today with the legacy sponge and dipped a couple drops of iDrosave (200:1) onto my trunk inside my garage. Those spots started drying as a polymer spot too, but just not as semi-permanent as the 1:30 spots

Thank you for watching my brother. For sure definitely agree. Well for something like this I disagree with the 1:30 dilution. A Rinseless wash should be 256:1 across all boards . A stronger rinseless never helps in my testing and is always a much more detriment effect that occurs. Some rinseless get grabby, harder to dry, streaks glass. Just like DIY says 256:1 across all boards. So this rinseless should be the same. For me that’s a huge miss and you’ve followed directions. The overspray gets everywhere you don’t want it, and when it’s 110° and humid in the summer with high tds, you have to constantly worry about water spots. I’ve found absolute and diy to be great at “softening” the water. So yes they may dry a little on the paint, but they’ve already encapsulated all the dirt and minerals, so they’ve done their job already. For me rinseless is a problem solving product. I want to be able to rinse off a dirty car with the pressure washer and not have to be sprinting around trying to constantly rewet everything so it doesn’t dry. I can just quickly hit it with some rinseless to buy me extra time, so I can be more efficient. Water can’t dry on the surface without spots, but rinseless can. It’s never for longer than 30-45 minutes and never in direct sunlight.

Im in florida and have a black car so my results may differ. But always under a carport and ONR even if it dries wipes away with itself. The prespray for me is to get the encapsulation going before the contact sponge wash and helps me track where ive been. Im going to try a panel at a time however next time with idrosave. Thanks for the video!👊🏼
