A select few of Brighton & Hove's B9's have had TopoDyn engaged. The 400 Gemini's which are 28/29 branded along with 486, 487, 488 and 489! Allow these to rev and they are fantastic vehicles!

I've heard good things about those. B9TLs even without Topodyn don't perform badly, the ones round here do just fine on hills revving when they need to. I'll admit though, it's not half as exciting without it!

It's a G1, but the rear and the window layout look like a G2. At least that's how I understand it.

@Chiltern Transport Productions First Leeds have these type of buses as well, 07 reg's too. I think they're first generation Gemini 2s.

GloriousWater I think the ZF Ecomat and the ZF Ecolife gearboxes both suit the Volvo B9TL Chassis’s very well equally just like with the Scania’s N230UD, N250UD and the N280UD. I only just found out today through Wikipedia that the earlier models like this one of the B9TL has a ZF Ecomat gearbox and I’ve always been dreaming of hearing one, wondering if it existed just like with the Voith versions and here I am again watching this video a couple years later hearing it for myself and can finally hear the difference of both B9TL versions.

I do like B9TLs. I think that the B9TL Gemini 1s are best. They have Euro 4 engines like this beast. But to be fair any B9TL Made from 2005-2009 are the best ones. Not to say the Post-2010 ones aren't bad but they aren't as good as these ones

Unless revenue protection are there, liklihood is you are let on for free. More often than not controllers don't care, and it's not the drivers' job on Rail.
