it is because in Estonia we actually don´t have a girl´s choir. For children at the age of 11-16 we have boy´s choir and children´s choir. There is women´s choir but that is for adults. So if you are a boy you can either be in the children´s choir where there are mostly girls or be in the boy´s choir where are only boys. So the title of the video is actually wrong. The choir performing is the Estonian Television children´s and women´s choir combined. The children´s choir is the one with the yellow dresses and the one boy also belongs in there. Hope this explanation helped
