As a person that experienced heart failure and now takes almost 2 dozen pills per day, being able to purchase 2 months of medicines is a real benefit. Even simple things, like wanting to take a vacation become a mathematical struggle. Also, with recent "supply chain issues", having a bit more medicine in my home releives a lot of stress.
