What is there to debate between advocates here? Looks like the judges sitting are blind and deaf and can't make judgements on reality anymore. What is the need for an advocate for the culprits.Demoracry is good only to country like USA who are already developed and standards of living are high not to a country like ours.India needs criminal laws and punishment same as Gulf countries.Here ,People have to wait for decision from a court in which the advocates and judges are already corrupt.

@@rainuca Can the SC interfere when the case is in a HC? I don't think so. And someone from the legal background can shed some light. Moreover, the HC is doing its job for now, so I guess they don't have to interfere.

I am a proud hindu guy, loves my nation India unquestionably ❤🇮🇳 But i strongly say after living for more than 10 years in Dubai now, this arabic country would have ripped off the perpetrators of their limbs & given harshest treatment till they die if they did anything like this , rather than what is happening in India , public have to literally cry, beg for justice & so called TMC big shots, farzi 56inchi PM who could float a jumla about stopping the war in Russia Ukraine to safeguard Indians stuck there couldn't even show remorse or feel sorry over this heinous crime in the country he rules / dictates ... Big shame on Indian leaders , they should have already made that the cruelest of the punishment has been awarded in this case so that no one else dares to even molest a female ... Rest in peace doctor 🕯️
