Love your videos and have learned a lot from them. I'm a little unclear on example 1 and hope you can clarify. The documentation does indicate it was a spontaneous complete abortion, which suggests that all the POC were expelled. However, upon her return to the ED 3 days later, it was found that she still had retained POC. Doesn't that therefore make it an "incomplete spontaneous abortion" requiring us to use O03.1 to explain the retained POC and bleeding? Grateful for any feedback. Again, love your vids, and thanks for making coding easier for us all to understand.
