Agate threatening to kill her and her step-mother, Madeline de L'sle, being a Templar Master didn't help either. It was just easy for Abstergo to twist the narrative their way, make her switch her allegiance and turn Templar. In the end though she killed Madeline and stayed with The Brotherhood... but that's the "hacked", true ending of the game which we "weren't supposed to see" ;)

It's not about Altair, Connor and Ezio being influential, while Aveline and Edward being not... This is about Abstergo Entertainment, not Abstergo Industries. In this department, they're searching for the right character to develop his story into a video game (the so called "Devils of the Carribean"). Please, replay AC4 or read Forsaken, before you say that Edward wasn't an influential Assassin. He wiped the Templar influence in the West Indies, became an Assassin and even trained young Haytham to become one. Unfortunately, Edward was killed and Birch turned Haytham into a Templar, while the boy had so much potential.

I've played AC4 several time and have indeed read Forsaken also. But from my perspective Edward and Aveline aren't as influential as Altair, Ezio and Connor in the ways that...Altair is the assassin who started the whole Templar vs Assassins war. Ezio discovered a precursor race and toppled an empire and Connor co-lead a revolution, re-built a brotherhood and set the foundation for Desmond saving the world. Sadly for Edward, after all he did he was still mostly seen as a pirate and Aveline was isn't very well known by most people. Do you see where I'm coming from?

It's not really about being influential. In Liberation it was said that Abstergo are trying to diminish whatever Assassin's accomplishments were, manipulating their stories by leaving out important details. So it's more about the possibility of doing that to more successfully brainwash consumers of Abstergo Entertainment products. Aveline was "passable", not because she was living with a Templar or she wasn't as important , but because at one point she actually "joined" the order. Without knowing a few important details, such as her reasoning and actions afterwards (which was only available because of "hacking") you could make an assumption that she didn't really stand for what she claimed and joined Templar's side. You get what I'm trying to say?

Yes, Connor's heritage is interesting but he wasn't a great character to me. I didn't like him because he was somewhat unstable and lacked a sense of humor. He did have his village destroyed resulting in the death of his mother which Connor witnessed first hand. Yet, Altair lost almost everyone he has ever loved when he during his youth. Even though Altair experienced such great pain, he was still able to retain a sense of humor. Yes, his manner of speaking was interesting to listen to but his actions were not well thought out. It wasn't Connor's Native American heritage that was the problem but merely his personality. There wasn't much of any growth within Connor's character even within the written pieces of some of his adventures after AC3. Ezio is a great character to me. It isn't because he was a playboy or rich, but rather because he contributed so much to the world through the Brotherhood and he did experience much growth throughout his life. Notice how the only Assassins who haven't received an official ending to their stories are Connor and Aveline. Adewale was murdered by an unknown individual, Edward was killed by unnamed individuals who invaded his house, Ezio died from a heart attack, and Altair passed away. There could be a possibility that a Ubisoft team is conjuring something up to end both Connor's and Aveline's stories but for right now the rest of their tales are unknown.

its kinda like when you free roam, you are not doing anything to your ancestor, none of the assassins, ezio altair or connor was ever touched by anything harmful, when you get hurt, kill citizens etc. you lose synchronization which is bad, because your ancestor did not do that, so you lose synchronization the more synched you are to your ancestor, the more better it is, then there is synchronization in missions, when you perform 100% synch on the missions, that is exactly how your ancestor did it. 50% synch is how your ancestor tryed not to do the mission

I am a HUGE Assassin's Creed fan since I was 4!(I am 14)And I believe that is a parody because.First:Ezio Auditore Da-Firenze Has 1:3 games and short of a story of how he met the Chinese Girl from AC China,2:He is he only Assassin who hasn't been so angry about EVERYTHING!!Unlike Connor he is angry at a lot of stuff.For example:Calling Achilles and Old Man OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!He hates most of he's time being and Assassin and he thinks he is one of the best(For all the AC 3 fans I am one too but..come on!!)Altair he is not so angry but he has broken the 3 main rules of the Assassin Codes making him one of the Greatest but also bad Assassin's in the franchise..Now I will not describe more..You know the rest!Let's go to number 3.WHY THE heck will you choose this girl who NOBODY GIVES A thing ABOUT HER and she is one of the least know Assassin Creed games like AC Chronicles,AC Lineage and many more!(Plus I know it is a parody but COME ON!)And last but not list Number 4:Ezio is one of the most beloved and much know Assassin's unlike Connor and Altair!Plus the fact that he is one of the list Assassin's that has 2 Hidden Blades.He has a great story with a great franchise...So in my chase Ezio Auditore Da-Firenze is the greatest Assassin in the hole Assassin's Creed Franchise..Now Edward Kenway,Arno Dorian and Jacob and Eve Fright are great too but Edward too much weird with a weird story,Arno he doesn't give a thing about he's fathers killer unlike other Assassin's and Jacob and Eve...too much technology..and too much no!Again that is my opinion so don't hate on me or call me "YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ASSASSIN'S CRED"Unlike you who played only Origins I know really good!
