I love that You talk about that not all KZbinrs show those pieces where they fail and how that affects the viewers, that perfection that aren’t necessary. All pieces are good enough.

@@2lilowlsstudio I think that is even more important, if You’re are having easy time to paint You don’t need the advices as necessary as when You struggle. You also need to hear that everyone struggles here and there and if some advice can help You get back on track. You would be so greatful to that advice and to hear about others in the same situation.

When my husband was alive and healthy we always planted our beautiful back yard with beautiful flowers and plants , with our waterfall , which he built. I spent as much time as I could with my cameras and I phone playing music for everything living there. After watering and fertilizing I would talk to them and do my photography. Since losing him to cancer my life has been painting and coloring. I have time for reading and relaxing outside loving nature.

as a beginner with W-Cs, I used to feel funny about copying someone else's work instead of creating my own, but someone explained it in a way that made sense: when you are learning an instrument, you don't start out by writing your own compositions -- you practice the music others have written to develop your skills. same with watercolors. later, having some experience, I can more easily create instead of replicate.
@2lilowlsstudio25 күн бұрын
I agree, I like doing master studies and seeing how others make things and what they discovered... Thats how we learn, like you said with the music... Then you can take all those things you learned... and piece them together into something that is uniquely you... 🤗🤗🤗

Denise I am curious the page on the left the specialty paper does it have string in it ? Do you think it would hold ink, like drop and drip it, or is it thin paper. I have never seen paper like that very interesting . Thanks for sharing with us and it is so nice that you share with us things like the book approaching you, it is just so nice that you stay real with us and we are able to share your journey as you influence our journey. I will say I have gotten better by doing the lessons you show us. I also have to believe when you share other artist books you have most likely sold a lot of books for them. I know I always buy what you share and I am sure many people do.

Love the visit/s as well as the experiments -- it's a very unique mix to be good at math and to love the abstract process as much as you do -- math is *not* my strong suit (except for algebra and reducing word problems to equations which I realized later was my precursor for using poetic language which is what I ended up studying) -- I realize you like to work alone (and most of your viewers probably do as well) but I wonder if you've ever thought about hosting some kind of get together for interested parties -- I would imagine your viewers are very interesting and very different people and it might be a real hoot to bring some of them together.
