Thanks for sharing your videos. What type of varnish do you use with the gold leaves? And if this varnish is compatible with oil paint or do I have to use 2 different types of varnish when combining oil paint with gold leaves?

I believe it was a yacht varnish, which deeeefinately sounds oil based to me. Stinky but likely quiet effective!
