Anj is spot on about LA it’s nice to see a Londoner like me there. I’m there every year on holiday especially when it gets cold and rainy in London . This video is spot on the traffic the transport system. Was in LA around Christmas and anj is right it felt a bit weird not to see snow or the rain lol Subscribed!

This one was so much fun to make with you Anj! I always describe Los Angeles as the most ridiculous, magical wonderful silly place to live. 😂

That's hilarious you've used the metro once in 10 years! I've actually found the B-Line one super useful as I've stayed at Universal Studios a few times, and stayed in Silverlake back in 2003, and that line gets you from North Hollywood to downtown via a few stops that are super useful to tourists (Hollywood / Highland, and Hollywood / Western which is a great spot to get out for walking to Griffith Park Observatory, have also swapped to the A-Line in downtown to get the light rail to Pasadena)... however, you do need to have your wits about you and do need to not look like a tourist. My wife and I took the train from downtown to Long Beach on our honeymoon back in 2012, and that was super sketchy - would definitely advise against that. Especially coming back late in the evening. It makes no sense though that the B-Line ends at North Hollywood, it should be going through the entire valley by now.

I know. For a major city, especially such a big one, I’d expect the public transport to be one of its best features! Unfortunately LA is so car dependent- I think it’s a real shame, as that makes traffic so bad! I have used the Hollywood Bowl shuttle many times and that’s amazing!

Watching Mean Girls in a graveyard is definitely one of the most ridiculous thing I’ve done in LA.

Thanks Andrew - we have Lav mics on but I think they weren’t plugged in properly! Sorry the sound isn’t great, we cleaned it up as much as we could.
