They are an Icelandic rock band with a lot of soul & blues influence. His voice is so distinctive & amazing & one of those bands that actually sounds better live. This song has been in several TV shows, etc. They have several videos filmed in Iceland - Check out Save Yourself (filmed on Fjallsarlon Glacier Lake on an iceberg), Break my baby (live from Pridrangar), Skinny (filmed in front of erupting volcano). Amazing!!!

I don't think of this song is of the human tendency to do the wrong things; I feel this song is about one who is challenging themselves to accomplish something great in their lives that they never done before. It's going to cost ya; something inside you will change. In order to achieve the prize, one has to reach deep inside your body's energy and soul that WILL BRING PAIN AND MISERY that you'll never forget. Do I deserve this?!? Then there is the huge amount of time to accomplish what you want. Do I get what I deserve when I go WAY DOWN I GO. Kaleo screaming pain when he sings "Way Down We Go...go...go....... Because it is painful journey trying to achieve something great! Didn't you see my "feet run wild" like a little duck whose feet paddle like crazy following it's mother, but on top the duckling looks calm but stressed.
