ABUSING Spear/Blunderbuss till it's nerfed! 💣 | My Current Spearfishing Gear

It seems like they will adjust something in the near future to do with how this build combo's together. I'm not sure how drastic it will be but just incase they kill it i'm going to abuse it as much as i can =]

I called it before the expansion even came out. Everything they put in fun with the artifacts would be nerfed out within a month or 2 because they don't like fun...gonna be low damage boring skills lame combat and the game will die again. We need more fun combat and instanced resources, cross realm pvp.pve or this game will never survive

Just realized there's still perks that knocks down on javelin throw. Sooo idk how they would fix it they would also have to complete change the 2nd javelin skill

Would love to see you post a BB tutorial video. I can’t use that thing no matter how much I practice. Constantly miss my shots and I’ve NEVER seen that kinda damage you are putting up.

could do something like this soon. Something i reccommend is playing with a very low sensitivity on blunderbuss especially if you use a maxed out FOV =]

the nerf is pretty easy, just remove the knockdown when pulled, that's it.

Game needs CC DR -AND- CC Immunity from consecutively chained CC. DAoC had a great system for this 20 years ago.

@@negakurai there is DR on CC but only if you chain 2 of the same type in a row, e.g if you javelin (knockdown) into sweep (knockdown) the enemy can instantly dodge, but if you javelin (knockdown) into vault kick (stun) and then sweep (knockdown) you get the full value and the enemy must eat it without being able to dodge early. Same applies for every chain depending on the types of CCs

@@caniixI know how it works. The game effectively has no DR. The free light roll goes back to the old combat system in alpha. The game will always be a joke masquerading as a PvP game until they implement DR and immunity. DAoC, for example, was CC Duration * 10 = CC immunity. Combat was much slower and CC much longer, so even if it was 1-2second immunity the game would have counter play.

i’d assume putting the extra into int would give more base dmg? i cant with trash magnify though, i just want to get 700gs to reach 150 con too must feel so nice

@@Timayy To get that 50 dex you either lose the 150 Int perk (which is insanely better value) or you stay at 100con which is not ideal for 99% of the clips he didnt show (where the target lives or he gets interrupted by a 3rd player before doing the combo). Also, the bonus damage wont really help in many scenarios, as the Spear is not your main damage source and being at 100% hp all the time is nearly impossible in this Dot Damage heaven. (+ it conflicts with the 300 stregth perk bubble, its a lose-lose scenario if you go 50 Dex)

Nah spear is fine when not used with bb. Easy fix would be to change blunderbuss light attack cancel into abilities.
