My little league baseball coach was a logger for 30 years by the time he was coaching us, he would get the biggest kids on the team in a group of three and have them punch him in the stomach as hard as they wanted over and over while he stood there laughing. He did that once a season to prove a point I cant even remember what the point was but I learned a valuable lesson about who to fight.
