Abysmal Thanksgiving, New Fitness Journey, & Working through Demotivation: November 2021 Reflection

I totally vibe with the really low motivation, I like in a 365 days of summer sort of country but its the heat here that really affects my depression. and yeah my motivation to just keep living is hard itself. I am just doing what I can do in the moment because if I think about tomorrow, ill just feel really discouraged :(
