The music speaks for itself. Not the best looking band, but the coolest ever. Not the greatest singer ever. But to us he is perfect & rugged for the lyrics. & they also has a laugh at what they do. They always put on a show no matter what. & No 1 else is the essence of their genre of music more than AC/DC. I mean for god sake it sometimes says AC/DC on plug wires. They r like a old classic car hits u to the core when u first start it up. Today I properly realised why I wanted a record player because of the LP "Let there be rock" "Go down" (Underrated hidden gem) hit me like a train at the very start & took my breath away. Thank you Chris Slade for making a blues version of this song at 4:05 by using the ride instead of hihat. It never happened again since Phill Rudd never had that groove as it never use the ride in AC/DC. Sad that the Chris Slade we heard in 2015 was far away from it's 1990's performance.

Badran & Friends dude, I don't do this very often, but I like what you had to say. 1979, I was in San Antonio, Texas to see Judas Priest and. AC/DC opened for them. I had heard of them, but the name and titles had little appeal and I had heard a couple of their tunes, but I was guilty of prejudice!! Dude, Angus bounced for two and a half hours ! The band took a break for 5 or 10, and they brought a half bottle of Jack out and Bon tossed it with no lid and Angus NEVER missed a lick, chugged the bottle and threw it to the crowd. Judas Priest set up and then Halford rode his Harley out and slid off the stage into the crowd. After 30 minutes they started, Halford was drunk, and after 3 songs of ascending boos, he said "fuck you Texas cow fuckers" and walked off. After a little raised hell, the promoter promised to fix it. HE FIXED IT ALRIGHT!!! AC/DC came out and using Judas Priest's set, they jammed another 2 solid hours!! Plus new songs they covered the Stones, James Gang, and others!! I've seen upwards of 30 shows, and NONE COMPARES!! By FAR, the best ever, and they sounded better live than ANY album I've ever played. To this day, I still get chills!! Bon died a month later and Brian took the reins and NEVER looked back.
