STRATEGY: The infiltration opportunity can be combined with the unique kill without directly affecting it, but it will offer you an easy exit in the end. First locate the nurse and speak to her, which will reveal the thug who has stolen her Master Key. Locate the thug and steal the key back (ideally killing him so as to eliminate as many enemies as possible), then return to the nurse and speak to her to have Jacob unlock the exit for her. Keep that open door in memory because it will come very handy later. The stolen Master Key can give you direct access to the amphitheatre where Dr Elliotson is, but skip that for now since we want to get the unique kill as well. Go to the other hall where the inmates are and move towards the corridor leading to the morgue. In the way, stealth kill the two doctors performing the electroconvulsive therapy session to get the one optional objective, then descend in the basement to carefully hide the corpse in a hiding spot and take its place. The young doctor will arrive to take the stretcher where Jacob is hiding, sending it up in the amphitheatre for the doctor. Once near the doctor, perform the unique kill and after the cutscene ends, you can open doors with the Master Key avoiding a few of the thugs, and run to the open exit which you previously unlocked to help the nurse escape. During all the above, keep in mind to not use a handgun, so as to get the other optional objective as well.
