There was a person in Columbus that did something very similar to this, he had piles of trash and debris all around his house , back yard, front yard, it looked like a junk yard. The City finally came by with huge dump trucks, and men to remove the trash. The man was fined and charged for the removal of the debris. He hasn't allowed his property to become an eye sore anymore, since the heavy fine and trash removal charges. If he does it again, the can put a lien on his property and sell it at Public Auction. Sometimes this is how you have to deal with people like this.

I agree but you know these things are HUGELY edited right? Nothing in this video is chronological, it jumps all over the place. I agree you can't speak rationally when people are this angry and abusive but what actually happened was the reporters and the "nice" neighbours deliberately got the "bad" neighbours all riled up and angry, so that they could then film this piece about how awful they are. Deliberately working people up into such a frenzy so that you can then try and make the out to be unreasonable and irrational is really poor journalism and it's all over TV. Don't just accept everything you are shown. Question how something is made/put together. Not saying these neighbours with the mess are angels, they are probably far from it. But life isn't black and white.
