There was a person in Columbus that did something very similar to this, he had piles of trash and debris all around his house , back yard, front yard, it looked like a junk yard. The City finally came by with huge dump trucks, and men to remove the trash. The man was fined and charged for the removal of the debris. He hasn't allowed his property to become an eye sore anymore, since the heavy fine and trash removal charges. If he does it again, the can put a lien on his property and sell it at Public Auction. Sometimes this is how you have to deal with people like this.

Feeling compassion for people like this who are clearly dealing with mental disorders is one thing. But in this case, their "lifestyle" has become a safety and health hazard to the neighbors, as well as an economic liability bringing down everybody else's property values. The higher probability of fire, and the danger from harmful bacteria or rat invasions is real enough. Not to mention that this son is not only not operating with a full deck, but has also manifested some potentially dangerous, violent behavior. The need for intervention as a public safety issue is warranted. Christian charity can only go so far before becoming enabling.

i have always said that if your yard is a discusting mess and you have no pride to clean it up, means your too lazy to clean your house inside as well, bet if they get evicted they will have to tare down the house as it must be infested with mice in the walls by now and i speak from experience, my daughter had a house where she kept hearing something in the walls, put out poison and not long a smell started to come out of walls, so finally had inspector in and they took out a section of her bathroom wall and the dead mice inside was too much we moved her out, when they finally tore down the house they said there was over 3 thousand dead mice in the walls and the rest run away oh boy next house look out
