Hi! The Display Configuration system is intended to serve that function. It allows you to immediately switch the cut plane height. For example, you could have one display config with cut height of 3'-6" (first floor) and another with cut height of 15' for the second floor plan. The Display Configs also allow you to control visibility and graphics, including "ghosting." The downside is it takes more tweaking it get it working exactly how you want. Congratulations sir! Best AC Architecture tutorials so far! I have a question, how can we deal with the storeys if we are working with multistorey buildings, i mean are there any options like in ArchiCAD or other BIM software where we can work in every storey separately, and see the previous ghost storey in a background? Thank you in advance.

Oops, I guess you saw the video already since you posted your comment on it. If you want more specifics, there are probably some more advanced videos out there on the subject. By the way, if you are applying this to a large project then you would want to look up the Project Navigator for its ability to control the file management aspect - and assist with extracting views from the 3d building.

Hi, and thank you very much for all the work you ve done with all of your tutorials. But i have a problem, i create my displays, with the good cut plane height , but, when i turn of the wall below, they still appears in my display. Please help :(
