The glitch at 4:13 is just a cross dissolve. It is a way to fade one video clip into another. This is very commonly done when something needs to be edited out (select the area to be removed and remove it. Then cross dissolve the end of the first part and the beginning of the second part). Now, I am saying this without any regard to anything else about the video. I see a LOT of people commenting on it. I edit films, besides other duties, and am very familiar with that technique and the appearance of it. I am not commenting on anything else in this comment. It looks like he is in front of a green screen, but if so...why did he choose such an odd background? You can see the very faint telltale blurring at the edge of his body, that will pixelate as he moves while the rest of him and the background are clear and in sharp focus. Also the angle of the bricks isn't consistent with someone standing or sitting in front of it. If that wall does exist at his house as some claim (I haven't checked), it seems more likely that they are trying to make it look like he is at home, by using some verifiable aspect of his property, when he isn't actually there.
