Hollywood is a vindictive bitch with geniuses that won't play their game. One of the greatest filmmakers in history, Stanley Kubrick, a guy who almost every film he made became a classic, was never even nominated for best director. Why? He wouldn't give interviews, wouldn't do the talk shows and eventually ditched southern California for England just to get away from them. He loved making films. They never forgave him for that, and he didn't care.

Hollywood is not really interested in real pieces of art, films that are made with and by artists. Johnny Depp is an exceptional actor, and artist the fact that he never won an Oscar is just unreal. He can be anyone and does anything to portray the characters, he's talented and versatile, and he has loyal base fans who support his art and that my friends in Hollywood cant buy or give. And Dakota was exceptional in this film

Yes we are sad for him not getting nominated and not getting Oscar, but common people we all know that some people are not bound by just awards. They are way beyond. They make the art look so surreal and ecstatic that words and awards fail to define them. He is in a whole different class. The man who gives life to all the characters he plays. I love you Johnny Depp. You have our hearts, you don't need an Oscar to prove your mettle.

And of course there was so much more going on behind the scenes in Johnny’s marriage at that time that none of us knew about. You can tel my Dakotas face she is trying to hide her emotion at times as she knew what was going on with Amber. He is talking and dropping subtle hints of his abuse here, but yes I’ve seen the film and agree he should of won an Oscar he is en exceptional Actor and gentle soul with a heart of gold. I am just now seeing this and I am completely speechless. This entire group of people are amazing and so humble. Johnny doesn't get enough credit. He not only is such a beautiful man physically but also internally, and sweet, humble, and so incredibly talented and creative. He doesn't really believe it. Any role he gets he makes it his own and he's believable. You forget it's Johnny Depp until you see his name in the credits. This is a man who just auditioned for a part because his friend suggested it. He is truly amazing. Dakota johnson is beautiful and so sweet, generous, caring, and so talented. I just loved watching this interview. 😍

The movie Sweeney Todd, wow! Johnny Depp truly gets into character in one particular scene. The part that he sliced the throat of the dude in the Barber Chair, was classic! Take a GOOD look at Johnny Depp's face as he cuts this man's throat.. That is a face of a killer, who truly enjoys the blood, the act and the beauty of his work. Depp's facial expression looked and felt too real. If you can feel, see or sense that, then that folks is a TRULY Spectacular performance and an amazing great ACTOR. Bravo Mr. Depp.

The director is great, the cinematography really not just tells the story but let the roles tells, just as Johnny said, the camera is breathing the scenes. And the editing spice the whole pace. The makeup is so impressive that make a lot of recalls and emotions of/to Whitey Bulger (according to the newspaper interview that I saw) . The actresses and actors are all amazing! I've watched the film twice and really enjoyed every minute of it. Overall, It is A+ Well Done 👏👏👏

Dakota Johnson is wearing the hotel bathrobe, John Lesher is wearing a jacket that looks like his massive belly has popped the buttons off, the director Scott Cooper is wearing no socks, composer Tom Holkenborg is terribly under-dressed in a t-shirt (and he looks a bit like the panel moderator minus glasses), and Johnny Depp looks like you took the legs, torso, and head of three different people and put them together into one very interesting man.
