That slap basically has nothing to do with why Will Smith got the Oscar. The slap in the face is a police matter, and nothing else really. If a PONC made the joke, there would be no apology and no 'considered' action of AMPAS. It would be written off, with the usual emphatics not needing to be mentioned here. The thing they were irritated about was the dignity of the proceedings having been upset. The other honorees were nearly ignored as the audience polled their smart phones for replays. Can they toss moneymaker Smith, with his rap credits, Fresh Prince of Belair, Men In Black, Muhammed Ali, the Hollywood success story with a few hundred million in the bank? I don't think so. Isn’t THAT teaching our kids more about the atrocities that are committed upon another human will go unpunished. This isn’t about black communities. This is an isolated incident. Will was wrong to use violence. Chris was wrong to use a person’s medical condition as a joke. This was a teaching moment. How hypocrite west and west's ideological puppets are!!! Here, no one will mention, let alone defend the so called "freedom of speech" after both physical and verbal attack against it. They all agree that a person has emotion for his wife. So, one shouldn’t joke about one's wife. Thus, the slap is not surprising. But their hypocrisy get revealed when some people being allergic to Islam start ridiculing Islam, start making nasty joke or cartoons about prophet hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ). They can't realise the depth of emotions mumins Muslims have about islam, about prophet hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ). So, they get surprised!! How can a Muslim slap a Islamophobe doing public vile behaviour agains Islam, against Quran, against prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)!!! They, french and other islamophobes can't understand How on earth can Muslims demand harsh punishment against hate speech that mock Islam, Quran, prophet hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ). Have you heard what Will Smith demanded? "Keep my wife's name out of your f***ing mouth" Hearing this everyone is silent and his demand is fulfilled. No question about "free speech". We Muslims have the same demand, "keep Islam, quran, prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) out of your islamophobic mouth, magazine and politics." My Muslim brothers and sisters, If you demand this, will the same people remain silent? Yet they stayed silent even when they saw both physical and verbal attack from W.Smith against a person who just exercised his so called "free speech"? You will definitely see how hypocrite they are. While the media continues to attack Will Smith on his unacceptable and inexcusable behavior during the 2022 Academy Awards, let us take a stroll down memory lane and revisit the events of the 1973 Academy Awards. Actor John Wayne (1907-1979) had to be restrained by not one, but six bodyguards to keep from physically attacking Sacheen Littlefeather, a Native American woman on stage accepting the award for Marlon Brando. Marlon Brando won his second academy award that year for his role in The Godfather. Brando not wanting to accept the award, sent the Apache President of the National Native American Affirmative League Committee, Sacheen Littlefeather to accept the award on his behalf. Sacheen Littlefeather during her acceptance of the award on behalf of Brando spoke about the poor portrayal of Native Indians in the film industry which was not taken too fondly by the audience. Well it’s said that bad ass John Wayne had to be restrained from going on the stage and physically assaulting Sacheen Littlefeather. Not only that, Clint Eastwood (1930 - ) made the following sly remark, “I don’t know if I should present this award on behalf of all the cowboys shot in all the John Ford Westerns in the theaters.” I trust that many found this incident just as shocking. With that said, whatever the actions and disciplinary proceedings taken by the Board of Governors for The Academy of Motion Pictures in response to Will Smith’s behavior during the March 27 Oscars, I trust will be the same actions and disciplinary proceedings taken in response to John Wayne’s unacceptable and inexcusable behavior and Clint Eastwood’s inappropriate and insensitive remark.

Just think what this has done for the racists AND the misogynists of America? Now they get to say, “See? Black on black crime. Even at the Oscars. They just can’t control themselves.” Whilst the Harvey Weinstein types will merely have their worldview confirmed: “Women can’t fight their own battles. She didn’t have the strength to assault him, even though she knew he couldn’t have hit her back on live TV, nor did she have the wit for a pithy come back. Men have the brains and the brawn and she couldn’t even argue her case because she’s not bright enough.” Need we be reminded that she has hair loss and NOT a life threatening condition? But she’s fine triggering a violent incident with a role of her eyes, because that’s what hypocrisy and entitlement buys you in Hollywood. No security response? No one condemning the sheer sexism? Do we all have to apply to the third party Will Smith before we’re even allowed to talk about her? Or do we have to keep her damned name out of our blessed mouths? I am truly sickened by what this says about the culture of Hollywood Hypocrisy. I hope her baldness becomes a meme. I really do.

Maybe if she was relatively unknown and doesn't have a public persona, okay, I could see Will Smith yelling about keeping her name out of a comedian's mouth. In any case, it doesn't warrant Will putting his hands on him, especially since the joke wasn't even meant to be malicious to begin with. Crocodile tears... He felt sorry for himself in that moment if those were real tears. It's not hard to cry "on command" everyone has a situation that has effected them so greatly just thinking about it will make you tear up. A loss of a loved one for example is something that can make someone tear up thinking about.... That's all he did.
