the problem is we get differentiated for our race, religion and beliefs in general and there are certain people who definitely have more privileges for being a certain race are black people in America in that conversation maybe but I'd have know the full picture of what It's like to live in America as a black man but Hispanic people in America face twice the oppression then black people do their lives matter too? Systematic racism for black people definitely exists and that's not an argument but I'm sure the systematic racism effects over ethnic minorities as well. Also in America the descendent's of the indigenous Native American people are treated twice as worse when an incident when even black cops beat a man of that descent until he bleed as they felt superior to him.

This is not made up I watched a video explaining systematic racism. A policoy in the 19th century where the American governement divided cities in too sectioned and demed which land was worth and which was worthless and many of this land tunred out to be black communites where houses in these areas anyone who lived within werent allowed to move out which left these communities stuck which these communities became poorer and poorer.

When I started a new job two years ago I found out that my supervisor is seven years younger than me and is black, I’m white. I’m trying to reach out to you because I was recently fired from my place of employment when a couple of radical leftist hunted down my employer after I posted black crime stats on a facebook post. I worked for a independent oil and gas company in west Texas, and as you are aware, Texas is a fire at will state. I was pulled into the office and was told I violated the company’s social media policy and was placed on administrative leave pending if I was to be fired. The next day I was called and fired. I was never given an opportunity to tell my side or explain. When asked what part of the post violated the company’s policy, I was told they would not get into it and I should read the post and the policy. No where in my post did I mention my company, mention any employees, say racial slurs, name call, bully, harass, or threaten anyone. I was civil and listed factual crime stats to disprove the police hunting down people of color. My brother was currently in Dallas, TX on the front lines as a State Trooper dealing with rioters and I’m also a disabled retired Army veteran. So as you can imagine, I have many reasons to feel passionate about the current situation in our great Republic. Since they fired me, I have lost my entire income, my insurance, my pension, and I’m not eligible for unemployment. This company required I move closer to the Midland, TX area to work, so I bought a house in Big Spring, TX when the market was high. Since Covid-19 and the oil crisis, the housing market has taken a huge hit, so selling my house will be almost impossible. This whole situation is not right. My whole life has been thrown in the gutter for the sake of political correctness. I’m a proud man and I sat and cried for the first time since I was little. I have no idea what I’m going to do and it hurts my heart to know that I’ve given so much to this country and this is how I get treated. I’d appreciate any thing you can do, even if its just telling my story. This has to stop!
