Susheela Amma might have sung in all the Indian languages, but her TAMIL songs are gems, a crown, and immortal among other language songs (The above acapella is just a sample). She is a gift from Telugu mother to Tamil mother. No one can sing the way she has sung in Tamil. Many legendary singers listened to her Tamil songs to learn how to pronounce Tamil words correctly. For an example, Chitra Amma, Yesudas sir, P.Jayachandran sir, S.P.B sir, and S.P.Shailaja ma'am have said it in most of their interviews. S.P.Shailaja ma'am once told in an interview that when she heard "Naalai indha velai paarthu" song for the first time at his brother S.P.B sir's home in Chennai, she instantly cried because of the expressions given by Susheela Amma and the music composed by MSV sir. Her combo with MSV Sir (Kulapathi and the king of Tamil film lite music) and TMS Sir (Her lead co-singer who had equal voice of Susheela amma)...😍😍😍No words to explain about their combo!!! She was born to sing for MSV sir and MSV sir was born to compose songs for her. That's what every Tamilian will say when anyone asks about their combo. Their combo was made in heaven. Naalai indha velai paarthu odi va Nila (Her first national award song), Nenjam marapadilai, Athaan yennathan avar yennaithan, Paartha nyabagam ilayo, Sonnathu neethana, Malarndum mazharada padi malar pola (The first song used in this acapella)...are some of her immortal songs that she has sung for MSV sir. She has sung more in Tamil than in any other languages. Thank you so much to these 21 amazing singers for doing such a great acapella for gaana saraswathi Susheela Amma by taking her songs that she has sung for the Trinity of Tamil film music (MSV Sir, Ilayaraja Sir, and A.R.Rahman Sir). I almost weeped while hearing the acapella. It's a perfect tribute on her birthday. Special thanks to our beloved Sujatha Amma (who is a diehard fan of Susheela Amma) and Swetha Mohan who beautifully carries her mother's legacy. 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤ Last but not the least, HAPPY 85th BIRTHDAY TO YOU DEAR P.
