Awesome! Last week I ordered new carpet, mass backing, and it's the Essex type. It arrived yesterday. Can't wait to open the box tomorrow. Thought I would let you know you were on our big screen 75" TV for this one. Our son bought us this crazy "smart TV" and now I can watch my videos on the big screen! Actually kinda neat! LOL Lastly, looking at the backside jute of your old carpet, I see no water staining, so your car has been pretty good and sealed most of its life.

Wow, that's a big screen! I never thought that I would be on that large of a screen. I guess it helps you see the details. I may need to get a 4k camera if these trends continue.

Good choice ! and use the boom mat you ordered under the new carpet you wont be sorry also if there is any left put some in the doors it will hssh that thing down like a Cadillac

When you ordered your carpet, did it come with Jute padding ? What website did you use or company

Yes, it did come with the padding - with some variation to my original. The manufacturer is ACC - Auto Custom Carpets : www.accmats.com/ You can buy direct, but I purchased through Automotive Interiors: www.automotiveinteriors.com/ I bought from a distributor because they provided a discount to list price and they also had the option to order bulk carpet to match the kit. I wanted to redo the console and this allowed me to buy a piece for that. Automotive Interiors was very good about the return / exchange for mass backing. It did cost me a restocking charge and return shipping was expensive, but that is in the stated policies when you order. Their customer service was excellent. I suggest that you watch the installation video (if you haven't): kzbin.info/www/bejne/nIS0Ynajdracq5I because you can see the padding and where I reused a couple of old sections to match my car. By memory, I reused some under the back seats and I reused the board in the cargo area. ACC advertises that they have the padding installed to match your car, but a kit matches more than one model year and the factory may have changed the padding locations over the years and in different models.
