Sabi, the explanation of measurement model was not clear for me. It’s says in model answer the cost model reflects income charged from investment property, but in my find rental does not need to be fixed but increased as a result of changes in general property market in which case this model also would be acceptable. Or here model answer assumed rent would not change at all. Also the concept of cost model, what it capture exactly? Current cost, historic cost or value in use? Thank you

Dear Sabi, re Bottle. it was not recognise per framework because of not meeting faitful representation but it was relevant info still. You did day item needs to meet definition of useful info ) relvevant OR faitfull represented. Does it mean the faitful representation overrides relevance if one is negative? Thanks
