This is an excellent concept of exposure and response prevention. So often too many people (and therapists!) waste time focusing on the content and not changing the behaviour which is the bigger picture in living with OCD. OCD often attacks us at the The very things that we value (as a generalisation). I’m 52 and I have had OCD since I was a child.

I have shortness of breath. And I'm nervous about the fact that I have shortness of breath. Any advice on what I can do?

Mario Morris if you’ve been to the doctor and there’s nothing wrong with you, then it’s in your head. Nothing to worry about. Accept it, own it, and go on with life. If I thought about being short of breath, I’d feel like I am too. It’s somatic. There’s nothing wrong with you.

@@sharikkhan4945 It’s a KZbin channel called Vacate Fear. The guy that runs it (WonderBro) explains the tools to overcome anxiety in the most simplified way I’ve found. He also does private sessions on messenger. Good luck! ✌🏼
