Company has not come out and said who will be let go. how is this lady assuming it is going to be mid level managers ? also many companies are on hiring freeze so getting a new job in itself will be challenging for atleast next 6 months.

When IT Clients business fail aka USA BANKS fail, what's the use of IT staff and technical skills. Mid and high job roles r overpaid, so they go first and then entire project is shelved.
