This lady has been making sketchy reports after she started the firstpost channel . In USA, the corporate debt is not financed by banks it is largely through the bond market. The largest corporate debtors in US has been from car manufacturers like Volkswagen, Toyota etc. The large US corporations like Amazon Microsoft’s Facebook Apple, which are worth trillions are not in trouble and there is no fear of default… while most of them had layed off staff . Indian banks went thru this issue of large corporate debt defaults and banks wrote off ₹ 10 lakh of loans or massive haircuts . Such what’s app news channels hype many things to remain and survive .

Actually, the greatest solution to all the problems in the world is that we should stop producing kids. Why bring another soul into this world where we are constantly battling for our survival it is not just about money also environmental factors are also in the worst condition today. And it is so wonderful to see that many couples are choosing to be childfree which is indeed a very wonderful thing.

@@Shadow-uw3ld Why do you feel that these companies are created just so that they can provide employment? Companies are created to make money, they have a service that they are offering for a price for which they need a pool of qualified candidates. It doesn't matter whether the candidates are humans or robots...just need someone/something to carry out a "process". Please be responsible for your own self and stop blaming companies or govt (if you are thinking about it). Wada pav bech jaa ke. Or come up with a kick ass product that people can use and make a business out of it. It is very frustrating when people of a democratic country think like the ones from communist countries and rely on govt and institution to provide them bread and butter. Party time is over, work hard at managing your own self. This message applies to everyone.

@srinivasramanujan4354 Жыл бұрын
@@nancysmith2389 You should have never been in a position to be in a line to the food bank. Thats mostly your responsibility. Ya snooze, ya lose! There are a few of lessons I am hoping we learn from this whole thing: 1) Never gamble with home and food. As much as I like commodities as an asset class, I think we should exclude certain basic food items from commoditized in the market. Food is a basic human right along with clothes. 2) Never commoditize education. We have seen this first hand of what having a hundreds and thousands of $$ worth of loans can do. Cost of education in every other part of the world is much more manageable it not free. 3) I think everyone should own a home. Idealist? Not really. I have seen this first hand that when people are given just enough for them to think that they matter, that they start working hard and contribute to the economy instead of begging. Prime example, Govt. of India came up with slum rehabilitation program where all the slum dwellers would be assigned a small micro home. Before moving in these homes slum dwellers mostly begged. Very few worked or chose to clean homes...you know manual labor. Now they own their own business...as small as a vegetable vendor or a road side tire repair service that stays open until late in the night. Their kids not just graduate high schools but even colleges with degree in engineering. So, small things keep on multiplying exponentially in the long run and come back in form of economic growth.

That's normal business Palki. You borrow money, invest it and hope to get a higher return on the investment than the interest rate. In Times of high interest, this gets more difficult. Take Andani. Recently it had to cancel expansion plans to repay expensive debt. This has slowed growth in Indian ports and the power grid. Byjus is struggling to pay it's debt and has to lay off employees, and Go First ran out of cash and had to default. I am glad you are learning the basis of business and why there are periods of expansion and contraction

Companies refuse to do that where as the Govt wants to be in control of the data, again for obvious reasons...data generated in the country should stay there. - Demand that no other third party like STMicroelectronics be allowed to make chips. How is that fair? Stop trying to sensationalize every bit you hear on the news.

One such incident is the rape of two Tribal Tenant girls by Meitei mobs at Konung Mamang Imphal after they were handed over by their landlords and their locality women(meira pabis). Both the girls were killed after being raped. They were from Khamenlok area of Kangpokpi District. Their fellow tenants belonging to the Naga community are the eyewitnesses. Another rape incident is at New Checkon area in Imphal, not far from Konung Mamang locality. She played dead and was left by her rapists who thought that she had died. After which she met a Muslim Autorickshaw driver who helped her to get transported to a safer place. This girl luckily survived. If corporates have borrowed in 2020 at cheap interest they should have made profits. Have they made profits why they are unable to pay debt? Have they salted money elsewhere or made bad investments? Please opine.

Sad reality, corporations are in it to make money. Also a sad reality that without thee corporations no country would ever be "built". Opposite of capitalism is communism where govt is in control of the resources and distribution of those resources. Would you like that?

I hear the sarcasm. But look at it this way: When there is a bridge to be built for example, state govt put out a tender to select their builders. The money to fund that project comes from IOU or govt. bonds. So govts too take a loan and then pay them back with interest. Why is it a problem when Adani or Ambani do? Studies have shown that pvt. companies not only finish the project faster but support it better post development.

Indians refuse to look into their Indian mirror, but Indians will shake their finger at someone else. Here are some of the problems facing the Indian economy: * **High inflation:** Inflation in India has been rising in recent months, reaching a 17-month high of 7.04% in May 2023. This is putting a strain on household budgets and is making it difficult for businesses to plan for the future. * **Rising interest rates:** The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has raised interest rates twice in the past few months in an effort to combat inflation. This is likely to further slow economic growth. * **Weakening rupee:** The Indian rupee has been weakening against the US dollar in recent months, making it more expensive for Indian companies to import goods and services. This is also hurting exports. * **High unemployment:** Unemployment in India remains high, at around 7%. This is a major challenge to economic growth. * **Poor infrastructure:** India's infrastructure is in poor shape, which is a major impediment to economic growth. The government has been investing heavily in infrastructure in recent years, but it will take time for these investments to have a significant impact. * **Crony capitalism:** Crony capitalism is a major problem in India. This is when businesses are given special favors by the government, often at the expense of the public interest. Crony capitalism distorts the market and makes it difficult for businesses to compete fairly. * **Corruption:** Corruption is also a major problem in India. This is when public officials use their position for personal gain. Corruption undermines trust in the government and makes it difficult for businesses to operate. These are just some of the problems facing the Indian economy. The government is aware of these challenges and is taking steps to address them. However, it will take time for these measures to have a significant impact. Here are some additional facts and figures about the Indian economy: * GDP growth: India's GDP growth is expected to slow to 7.5% in 2023, down from 8.7% in 2022. * Inflation: Inflation is expected to average 6.5% in 2023, down from 7.0% in 2022. * Unemployment: Unemployment is expected to remain high at around 7% in 2023. * Trade deficit: India's trade deficit is expected to widen to $180 billion in 2023, up from $160 billion in 2022. * Foreign investment: Foreign investment is expected to decline to $50 billion in 2023, down from $60 billion in 2022. The Indian economy is facing a number of challenges, but it also has a number of strengths. The country has a young and growing population, a large domestic market, and a strong manufacturing base. If the government can address the challenges facing the economy, India has the potential to grow at a rapid pace in the years to come. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6nbqKx9i5mUndk

Modi is a puppet. India will never achieve because of Indians. It's very easy to become wealthy and prosperous in India. Indians can take 100 million Indians and build a railroad by hand but they are too lazy, look at the American railroad built by the Chinese look at the Chinese railroads built by the Chinese. Look at the Indian railroad built by the British. What happened eons done in 75 years, you can never tell Indians the truth they are behind Pakistan and Bangladesh no matter how much they cry, Pakistan economy beats India economy 50 out of 75 years, India was bankrupt in 1991.
