I am an ex tcs er. My advice is to retire in tcs. Bcaz tcs pay u lowest among all IT CO.s at any band. Axn growth is max. Wipro even nowadays pays more than them. I was in tcs for 6 long yrs. After corona they even reducwd my CTC. Cognizant has balance as well as good ctc.i worked there for 7 yrs in kolkata.

Yes you can always change your skills and work on different technologies based on your interest. But you need to proof it to your managers then only they will release you. I joined Accenture as MEAN stack developer later on I shifted to iOS development.
