Accept the rate that I can accomplish my goals not be down on myself because others think I should be done faster accept that I work better without pressure and that I’ve been through a lot of sh** and i lived through trauma that gave me complex post and I have different challenges as an individual who is healing at my own rate and I won’t get it done any sooner by pushing myself to stress exhaustion and getting myself sick I accept the pace my body and brain allow me to work at school and driver’s license NO PRESSURE! And I’m open to allowing this soothing music to heal the damage stress and pressure put on me because I allowed myself to be pressured

This is actually impossible as is Complete Self-Love because within ourselves there are many conflicting parts and if we really mean to ACCEPT and Love OUR TOTALITY, the Whole of Us, that means we need to HONOR All of our subpersonalities and their NEEDS. One of these parts is the part that NEEDS to reject himself/herself and to CHANGE in order to EVOLVE which of course causes internal conflicts with the Accepting part that this video is trying to activate. So if we want TOTAL acceptance, can we ALSO accept the part of us that does NOT want to accept us ?

Αικα Παπα to love self means to take responsibility for both light and dark sides of self. Love can't exist without hate. Yes some parts of us don't align with the crystalline mindset but they teach us how to become more familiar with the things that do align us. After full acceptance one realizes that there is no differences, just a variety of possibilities of self💗
