A beautiful person, a beautiful soul is Bernadette. ADOPT! ...you will be so happy that you did. Animals give so much love and ask for so little. And to Miss Peters, you are pure talent in it's truest form. I have seen you in every one of your B'way shows, LOVE all of your studio CD's, your work w/ the truly missed Peter Allen and never miss you in concert out here in L.A.. You are a bright force and a great humanitarian.

DOMESTIC cats and dogs are not meant to live on the streets or in the wild. They were breed and created to be companions to human beings. The (death camp) shelters are horrific and the work that Ms. Peters has done to reduce the number of animals killed is truly incredible. She's a remarkable human being.

Thank you for uploading this. I was very disappointed that it wasn't aired during the televised portion of the show on CBS.

The point of this charity organization, though, is to help animals who are in shelters. The way city shelters work in nearly every city (except for Austin, TX, I believe) is that when they fill up with dogs, they start killing some of them to make room. They kill the old, the infirm, and the ones who are least likely to be adopted. Bernadette's goal is to save these animals from this fate by having them adopted before they can be killed. She has reduced the amount of dogs killed in NYC by 41%.

How the fuck can she look so good at 64? I mean you can look good at 64 and look 57 or something, but she looks freaking 42 at most! No single sign of her actual age

God designed animals to be homeless in the wild, not in Manhattan. You think a dog can survive alone, without an owner, in NYC?
@SuperWinditup12 жыл бұрын
well a dog really shouldnt be in NYC, God didnt design them to be city dwellers. However a dog would fair better than a human. For example they have hair all over them , this is to keep them warm - outside, this hair also is designed to dry quickly unlike clothes. Another benifit a dog has over a human is that it can eat rubbish with little to no chance of getting sick, also it doesnt suffer from having pride and therefore isnt embarresed by eating discarded food etc from the ground SEE BELOW
