I love how this documentary highlights not only how much these kids are supported by their siblings and parent, but how much they are supported by their community. Teachers, paras, mom's co-workers, the go kart track owner, their jujitsu instructor, the piano teacher, the golf instructor, extended family. All the people in their lives raising them to be successful and independent and happy.

My heart breaks for you! I was born with myopic degenerative eye disease, glaucoma and cataracts. It wasn't until I was being adopted at 9 that it was realized I was legally blind -2250/-1950 was my eye sight. God has blessed me with surgical procedures that have improved my sight to 20/60 and 20/30. Struggling with the same thing now along with floaters and other challenges. However I am 47 and have enjoyed God creations. I wish your children could experience what I was able to. Blessings

I am so sorry for your son and his eyesight! Glaucoma (optic nerve damage) and Spinal cord injuries once damaged can not repair itself. With such great advances in stem cell research hopefully great things are coming to help your son and those boys see.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I was born crosseyed and wore patches over my good eye for years as a child and had the so called corrective surgery when I was5and It worked to correct the squint and when I was tired my eyes would apparently drift so my parents always knew when I was tired.I'm legally blind out of my left 👁️ but my right 👁️ was literally20/20 vision.When I was around52my 👀 sight for looking at my phone and reading seemed to literally vanish in2&1/2weeks. I went from seeing everything to literally everything was blurry in just2&1/2weeks. I bought glasses at the pharmacy then after a year or so had an 👁️ test and was prescribed reading👓.It was amazing just how quick my👀sight went from perfect to total blurryness. I had always been told that if anything happened to my right 👁️then I would be totally blind so doing anything that could hit me in the face then I should wear safety🕶️.I've always had a major fear of blindness for some reason. I was told my condition is heredity and when I had my daughter I closely watched her 👀's. I was told that the squint can occur around the age of2& literally a day before my daughter's2nd birthday I was putting her in her car seat& her👀's literally drifted so much that my mom who was with me even noticed it and I sped off to make her a Dr's appointment to get referred to the opthamologist. She took was patched for around18months and unlike me who was patched all day she was patched for4hours a day and she hated it and had to literally be held down to get the patch on. It did nothing to help and she was given👓to correct the squint only. As I have never been able to see out of my left👁️I've never missed it and I recently asked asked the opthamologist why the my left 👁️ was so bad and she said it maybe because my🧠just didn't bother to use the left👁️as it hadn't for the first5years of my life.I got glasses in August LL ast year and in March I went for another👁️test as my👀's literally couldn't see anything on my phone and within just7months my sight has deteriorated so I now have a stronger👁️sight prescription. I love driving and to think that I could no longer drive scares me so much. I can't imagine what it must be like to have bilateral vision as I've just never had it.

Australia for whatever reason. That's usually how it goes in divorces and breakups when kids are involved. The father leaves the home and the kids mainly stay with the mother.
