Everyone has a pain-body, but some versions of it can be more difficult to investigate than others. Do you recognize the experiential qualities that trigger your particular pain-body? When it asserts itself, have you been able to observe the pain-body even as it takes hold of your thoughts? Have you ever been able to interrupt and dissolve the pain-body before it grips you? What techniques did you use to do so?

Feeling accused of something I haven't done instantly hurts me. The problem is that I think that they are accusing me, most of the time it is not true. I feel it as an injustice.😠😂 But I learned to remain silent immediately after I heard this alleged accusation better to say that I feel AS such 😥I remain silent and calmly answer and explain what my real intentions were. It is an immense liberation for me and yes now I can almost always figure out when I have to stop, but I'm almost afraid to say it because the days are constant challenges.🤐😳😵🤢 But now I KNOW and that's the huge difference! It's like stepping out of a shell and finally feeling free🥰. Not that I am under the illusion of always being PRESENT but this is what my heart would like....❤️ As far as I am concerned, it was the teachings of Eckart Tolle that revealed to me what I always was looking for 🙏✨🌟❤️ Am I just at the beginning? Perhaps, however, time doesn't exist we know it! Eternally GRATEFUL 💓🙏

@@veraintuizione6497 can I ask if somehow you feel you are sufocating the anger when you are calmly explaining yourself? The reason I ask is because my pain body is activated in similar situations and although I know that's not really me and can remain calm on the surface, if I dig deeper many times I find I'm repressing anger

The medicalised dichotomy on "Depression" means we are all fearful of any tiny smidgeon of unhappy feelings. With overwhelming feelings of unhappiness, we get called "Mentally Ill". You don't control your thoughts. Thus you don't know what you're going to think of next. No one ever does. Even if it's the most logical thing that you think of next...you still didn't choose it. You just thought it. And therein lies hope. Because all we're really chasing is the feeling of "Ahh, yes, this IS all worth it, after all." And a myriad of thoughts and feelings arise without our control. Therefore the feeling you're seeking (non-hopelessness) could be here, in this next moment. Isn't that exciting? You're not in control. Thus you COULD feel better in no time. You have before. You're not even in control to stop it. It's ALWAYS been that way, and you still made it this far, thinking you're in control, when really you aren't. At all. And thus you don't know what's gonna happen next. It's a complete surprise. And then life becomes insanely interesting.

Dear Mr. EcKhart Tolle, I am, so, grateful for you. Thank you, so much, for your tremendous teachings. ❤ Today, while I was in line to check out my groceries with the cashier, a person in front of me was having a few set backs due to either the cash register or her credit card. I was not bothered by the wait. In fact, I simply did what you taught me. I took in a breath and looked around. I focused on sound around me. Then the manager came to assist; she mentioned that she was outside smoking, and then I could actually smell cigarette smoke. I looked at the candy and gum rack in front of me and touched one of the plastic bottles of gum and could smell the gum. My senses seemed to be more alert. Everyone thanked me for my patience. I said it was nothing because I enjoyed using my senses in the moment. I practiced being in the now. What an excellent feeling. I’ve been practicing it while driving too. What a FANTASTIC difference. Thank you, Mr. Tolle.❤

After returning home, the daily follies, stresses, and egoic episodes of daily life are mostly trivial on reflection. I make a cup of tea and listen intently to my children's accounts of their day and what new wonder has caught their attention, I'm fully present and realise I'm blessed in this life. I have along way to go yet but Eckharts teachings always bring me back to sanity when I forget the present moment is all we have.🙏

Anyone start their spiritual journey with Eckhart...and then stray away from him to other teachers for years, and then years later come full circle back to eckhart and now everything he says just hits 10x harder and makes more sense? That's where I'm at.

"Do not resist evil". I truly understood these words of Jesus with the teachings of EckartTolle. Only in this way can we be of help to ourselves and above all to others. The Universe opens up and we are no longer something else from it, this is truly the most precious freedom, the only one that no one will ever be able to steal from us. Not even death. What a incomparable gift! Eternally GRATEFUL 💓🙏

The emotional pain I feel inside of me is bursting out of control. I can sense it infecting my mind with toxic and negative thoughts. It stays I am worthless, a loser, a loner and undeserving of love. Eckhart Tolle pointers are the only thing that is keeping me sane otherwise this pain body would have consumed by now. Lately I have been able to be a more conscious being but this pain body’s density often takes over and it can be a real struggle to realign myself. Anyways I hope everyone is have a blessed day/evening wherever you are on this planet ❤

A very thought provoking analysis. Accept yourself and acknowledge there will be 'bad' days, accept what is going on around you and the wider world (you can't change it anyway), and don't resist change or so called progress (it has always existed, even if we think it only affects us now).

I have ADHD and always considered myself a positive person, I took meds but was in personal denial of research recommending CBT and other therapies & counseling which may have helped me with my inner patterns of negative self talk and self blame and shame and self esteem issues that inevitably come with an “invisible” disorder such as this. My nervous system is now a hot mess of CPTSD and I’m learning there is a huge percentage of those with adult ADULT ADHD and especially women ..who end up with complex PTSD, autoimmune disorders and stress related health issues. For women, hormonal changes amplify ADHD symptoms as well. Just sharing to bring awareness. But remember our bodies are also capable of great healing and I wish this for all.

I was always struggled to feel beautiful and always believed I didn’t fit society’s version of beauty. After gaining a bunch a weight when having kids and the changes my body faced was a large part of why I was in a deep depression. This morning my 3 year old son placed his tiny hands on my cheeks and whispered “mama you are beautiful.” 🥲 He has no understanding of the concept in terms of what society places, yet he knew what he meant. After listening to this video I understand and I accept ❤ thank you 🙏🏻

I love how your break down the concept of the egos need for others. Whenever people talk shit about you, it's only because they truly feel that your life or just you, is more interesting than their own existence. And that is a damaging thing to internalize, just keep doing you because it makes you happy.
