I have a form with two tables, orders, and order products. I have enabled subdatasheet and when showing datasheet view I can expand the products for each order. However I want to show the total of the product for each order and when I enable totals in the subdatasheet the sum is displayed but the last record of the products for each order is hidden and replaced by the totals row. Is there a way to correct this? I tried adding a sum on the subform footer but it does not appear in datasheet view. Latest version of Access (Office 365) installed

@@KirtKershaw quick question if you please .. I made a form with a combo box that takes data (e.g names) from a different table ... Now when I make a report for that form, the data is shown as the ID numbers (not names) in the report ... The only solution that I have found was to change the (lookup) settings ... But that didn't work for me .. Can you please guide me to a video or a course that may help me with this problem ? Thank you kind sir
