I have homecare myself. The care act 2014 eligibility assessment is something I highly recommend ppl to Google before applying for funding from social care support. Good video on access to work scheme. Sadly, not alot of ppl don't know about access to work scheme. Xx ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Hi Stu, thanks for this helpful video.I’ve recently been granted an Access to Work support worker (for my self employed business) for a year. I was wondering if you have experience with the claim process and how long it usually takes for claims to go through and for payments to be made to the support worker? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. I’ve heard it’s problematic. I can’t afford to pay the support worker and then get reimbursed. Thank you. Jon

I am so much stressed because is my 1st claim on pip i have 8 serious health problems and also serious mental problems and is my first time that i make claim for pip i wait now 10 months and a week ago had to iwen go through phone call consultation for pip and i am really stressed because i cant work and if i dont get approved ill end up homeless 😢😢😢 and it makes me sad because a person i know got approved for pip and the only problem he have is mental and not iwen so serious like i have he can iwen walk and take care of his needs and do stuff me i stand on my feet with pain on my back and on my legs i have arthritis and other bone problems so i wonder why me had 2 go through phone consultation and the person that have only mental he got approved without iwen phone consultation 😢😢😢

Stuart please or someone else please help me and suggest me a decent organisation 2 help me in case i get denied my pip i live on Scotland and i have 8 serious lifetime health problems and also mental problem and i cant work and i really need the pip because i owe 4 months on rent so please can someone suggest me a decent organisation 2 help me if i get turned down thanks

Is there a Citizens advice center in your area. They can help you the Mandatory reconsideration. This is the first phase, if you get denied PIP, the DWP, will look at your claim again, give your reasons why you should get Pip. If they turn you down again, then you appeal. It could take between 6 to 12 months to wait. I got turned down for PIP, I have diagnosed depression and anxiety, plus a lot of physical ailments. I appealed and won. Got 12 months back pay. I was awarded it for 3 years. My Review was this year in Feb. I was worried i would have to have another assessment, but i didn't have one. I had a call from a Dwp decision maker. I was awarded enhanced mobility from standard. I still can standard daily living. Ask your Doctor if they can give you any phone numbers for any benefit help. Phone a mental health organisation if they can help. There should be benefit advice centers in your area. If you get turned down for PIP, and also on the Mandatory reconsideration phase, then appeal. A lot of appeals are successful. Hope this helps.
