I work for NHS, and their solutions to my sensory problems in a new office environment due to my autism is to redeploy me, hardly inclusive.

Who would want to be so called "normal", whatever that is, as, everyone is unique, accepting we are all somewhere on the spectrum of human functionality? That's the point of introducing "Accessibility" in addition to being less judgmental by "holding everyone in positive regard" like what what they used to say "never judge a book by it's cover" as there is always more to people that is immediately visible ..........

I reckon we can celebrate to be different as long as those differences dont cause chaos, mental trauma, disorders, belicosity, aggressiviness, violence due to different ways of thinking, to different dogmas and beliefs, and accions and reaccions, differente understanding of what it serves and what does not serve in personal lives and in the world. But if or when those differences are the cause of trouble, making devastating effects in people lives and the planet, it is nothing to celebrate.
