More intensive web applications like in-browser emulators and such haven't worked in my experience, unfortunately...

There is another way to access the PS Portal's built-in browser other than from the update page. I made this video only the other day: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJzNdmaAisZ8b9k

Great question! I tried a few online emulators but they get stuck loading...
