He just got a little older, and put on a few pounds, and some idiots on social media slayed him for it. That's really insensitive, and lacking compassion. He shouldn't be harrassed just because he gained a little weight. We ALL do as we age! And it's also unrealistic for some of those mean Fans to expect him to have wash-board Abs Forever. A huge part of what made him “all that” was the fact that he was also A-List at the time. There’s many good looking actors that would be considered “all-that” but because there not all of the media and in every current block buster movie they don’t get recognized in that kind of light. Channing Tatum did a interview once saying he didint care about being known as the “hottest guy on earth” at the time (this was back in the day when he first blew up with Magic Mike) because he knew it was just a phase and as soon as the next young good looking guy lands a big role in a blockbuster movie he’ll be the new “all that” guy , and he was right 🤷🏽‍♂️😂

Can’t agree with this enough. As a male who has hit the gym consistently for the last 10 years. Let me tell you, you always believe that you can look better and think that once you get to a certain standard, that you will be content. But you never reach that standard and every standard that you reach, becomes your new normal, which sets you up for body issues because you feel that all your value comes from looking a certain way, which sets you up for feeling like a failure on the weeks that you might only go twice, and your mind will convince you that you’re wasting away.

I feel for taylor. I was in the fitness industry for about 6 years. Started as a personal trainer and yoga instructor with 12% body fat, i was in really good shape to put it modestly. Until i made the mistake to get into management, not only my schedule wasnt letting me have a consistent workout routine, but the massive stress turned me into a rock star just to destress a little, sex drugs and rock n roll was the name of the game and i slowly gained 50 lbs, you can imagine how my mind started to rot once i stopped looking like a greek god, the disgust i felt every time i looked in the mirror, on top of people treating me completely different, my tattoos went from looking like harry styles to looking like a low life gangbanger, pretty privilege completely vanished. I cant imagine what Taylor's mind was going through with the entire world telling him he "looks like crap now" and he is stil slim... your mind turns into hell

Him, Robert Pattinson, and almost all of the rest of the cast for the Twilight franchise, all got done SO dirty by how actually awful they were. Hardly anyone in their right minds wanted any of them after… that. It’s so insane how, in their profession, picking JUST ONE “the wrong job” can stifle your entire career for almost decades after that fact.

He seems like a nice guy. Looks great, but something is holding him back. Even getting married didn't fix the problem. I think his career might have tanked because his interview personality doesn't have an edge to it or doesn't come across as having enough depth or not being genuine or interesting enough. His interviews always seem awkward, empty and simply seem to fall flat. Makes me wonder if he was sexually assaulted as a child star and if he has buried his true self deep within himself to protect himself. He should consider going to therapy and digging deep to find out if he is hiding his true self and how he can express himself more genuinely in interviews. Something is up and my guess is that producers picked up on it and as a result stopped hiring him for acting roles. Maybe he is trying to resuscitate his acting career through this podcast business. Hope he reaches his goals whatever they are.

@@vminhope3040 First, I would like to say that as a younger start, he was considered a heartthrob. We have heard so many stories of male artists, performers and actors about the sexual abuse they experienced. Why would anyone have reason to believe that he escaped those powerful men in the business. I cannot remember the interviews off hand, but in the interviews with his two main costars from that vampire series, he seems uncomfortable and detached from the trio in some way.
