I installed the lightning bow and kept the factory trigger pack in it was amazing improvement. It took it from a mushy 5.5 lb pull down to a crisp and clean 4 lb pull, with zero slop and very crisp. Amazing and trigger improvement for only $99. The Geissele trigger pack would probably make it too light for my liking, I see no reason to take it any further in my case.

Subbed after listening for about 3 mins. Learned so much about what I cant have tho lol. I have the X95 and at this point Fab Defense does not make that BEAUTIFUL bipod....love mine on my AR build....but dang wish I could have it on my Tavor. I'll be reviewing my X95 soon but honestly cant compare to this guys run down and clarity with basically no editing needed. Impressive. Look forward to checking out more.

I just picked up an RPM Handguard in Mlok. I was lucky enough to find one in the equipment exchange on CGN. I'm pretty pumped about that! Your tavor looks awesome. Mine is definitely my favorite firearm from my tiny collection lol. I just discovered your channel and I'm hooked. I love the content bro keep it up! Cheers from Vancouver BC.

The best accessory for your Tavor SAR is an X95...unless you just gotta have that bipod on the cutlass.

Change the charging handle, you will be glad you did. Tucks away nice, easy to get to even with gloves, and it does not stick all out in the way like the factory one. The very first thing I hated on my Tavor was that handle, just waiting to get caught or snagged on something.

Idk if you ever got around to buying a suppressor for this thing, but I would highly recommend anyone considering doing so to buy a VERY high flow rate suppressor. Basically HUXWRX Flow5.56K is the only thing I'm considering for mine. If you disassemble the rifle and pull the barrel out, you'll see that the gas system length is extremely short. At the very least its equivalent to a carbine length on an AR. With that long of a barrel and that short of a gas system, its going to be very hard on the bolt and carrier even before you suppress it, not to mention the amount of port pop will be substantial. Still a cool rifle, but man it needs a longer gas system to smooth out operation and make it more forgiving to be suppressed and frankly, longer parts life, which tends to aid in reliability.

Have one of the first Tavors that came into Canada, a ture IDF Tavor with a short rail, Timmy trigger ,surefire muzzle brake would not change a thing more.
@john-paulsilke893
@john-paulsilke893 4 жыл бұрын
Tommy Gun that trigger is actually important. A damn T97 is better by a lot and a MilSpec AR trigger is way better. However once you get the Timney you definitely a bit better then off the shelf MilSpec for an AR and way better then the T97. It’s a huge difference and really worth the extra cash, so budget that into the price of the gun.

Nothing wrong with KeyMod unless you are actually in the shit. It’s plenty strong enough and thinner and lighter in profile and fit. Plus you can buy it cheap as chips and unless you actually care it doesn’t matter.

19PP77 not allowed for use as a bump in the night gun in Canada. Obviously he can mount one and even toss this gun under his bed as long as no loaded mag in the gun, but really not a priority. Canada isn’t the same as American, it’s a mediocre 1st world country with very little poverty and crime compared to and obviously higher status 1st world country, (specifically The USA and so very little need). You aren’t wrong though, a decent flashlight makes this a game changer for sure. I have a double gun at the farm with a high power flashlight for bump in the night, but that’s for coyotes screwing with the calves. We just had four born and lost two because I was working in the city and the wife, kids and grandparents were at the farm. My fault really, I figured I had another week, maybe two for calving. Now we’re out $400-$800 for replacements. ☹️

Check Manticore arms for handguard mods. They offer a good number of mods for the IWI pups. Good stuff. I bought the butt pads for my X95, and Tavor 7 from them. Good customer service and fast delivery on the items.

where can i buy this bipod? and will it fit my tavor 7?
@John-zs2eo
@John-zs2eo 4 жыл бұрын
hahahha, no the "bi-pod" does not fit the cutlass grip on the Tavor 7. A good well built vertical grip/bipod combo works nice if you want to get horizontal without stands and shooting platforms etc. The grip with or without the bipod is nice cause the weapon is so short and is heavy; 9.2 lbs with no optic or ammo, so it provides a good fulcrum during operation. I have the X95 and the Tavor 7, and they are both very good weapons. I don't go in for the doing all the mods though. The X95 I have is right out of the box with the addition of a Mepro21 red dot, silly sniper sling, and Inforce WML. Same on the Tavor 7 except my optic is a 3x quartz red dot. Dats it. Enjoy your T-7.

I'm so curious on why people from Canada buy large mags you only got like 5 so it's pointless
@jaredpeabody894
@jaredpeabody894 4 жыл бұрын
Max there’s a couple of reasons for doing this. For the super long mags (like the surefire 100 mag) I can only think of two things 1: it looks cool. 2: he is working towards getting the proper licensing to use the full capacity of the mag. For the use of standard capacity mags is mainly because the 5-10 round mags suck to work with. 1: they don’t really work with many mag pouches 2: they are harder to hold onto when removing and inserting mags. 3: on some firearms( like AR-15s) the larger mags are used as a makeshift bipod to stabilize the rifle. And lastly 4: on a lot of old surplus guns (like the VZ58) the full length mags might be all you can find.

Note: The more you _put on_ or accessorize you already heavy Tavor (8 lbs) means the more you will pick the AR or AKM to use for real work. WARNING: DO NOT have a _"Truck Gun"._ Period. Leaving firearms in vehicles & homes were thieves can get easy access is the number one reason "bad guys" become *_armed & dangerous._*

Why does a civilian need a weapon like this?
@KingConcho
@KingConcho 3 жыл бұрын
The only thing a person needs is food water and shelter. Everything else is a want. I assume the reason this person “needs” this weapon is the same reason someone “needs” a car that goes 100mph. He just likes it, wants it, and has his own money that he can do what he wants with it. Most importantly, what he doesnt “need” is approval and acceptance from you or me. I know that may be a foreign concept in todays mob-rule society.

@@KingConcho Should I be allowed to own a battle tank?
@KingConcho
@KingConcho 3 жыл бұрын
bollewillem1 be allowed?? Whos allowing you? The government? Our constitution laid the groundwork for the government as we know it, even the little part in there that states that said government is not allowed to infringe on your god given right to arm and defend yourself and your community. So, yeah, i dont see a reason why another person or entity should seek to limit your ability to purchase a tank if you so please
@bollewillem1
@bollewillem1 3 жыл бұрын
@@KingConcho The constitution was written in a different time. A time where there still was no central organized defence system. So they left it to the people. But we moved ahead. Alcohol was also banned in the constitution, but that one was repealed later on because times had changed. So the constitution can be changed if it has a negative effect for a big group of people. And if you look at the number of gun related injuries and deaths I think you can make a case to change an amendment that is outdated due to the changed circumstances.
@KingConcho
@KingConcho 3 жыл бұрын
bollewillem1 well we will have to agree to disagree. The constitution was written a long time ago but it wasnt written stupidly. The founding fathers knew exactly what they were doing whether you think so or not. Also, dont drink the koolaid on the gun violence numbers, as they are easily debunked. Guns dont make a murderer
