Davud, I really like your simplicity and kindness. At minute 39, that was the stuffed frog that Christ wanted you to try in Phnom Penh central market but couldn't find (and you were eating the fried tiny frog instead). The stuffing is made with ground pork, clear vermicelli, lemon grass, garlic, Kaffir lime leaf and some other spices.
